Went in on Sunday evening and when I ordered a wrap, the cashier started to make it obvious that this would be an issue. She kept repeating my order out loud, so the other worker beside her could hear. She must’ve said it like 5 times, which was very annoying as I kept repeating “yes a wrap”. The other worker beside her finally caught on to her co-workers antics and told me it would take 30 minutes to make my wrap because the tortilla wraps were frozen…My question is why have so many staff and literally 2 customers to deny one of them their order??? A 30 minute wait time for a wrap is ridiculous, so I left. Shows poor preparation as a restaurant, because why haven’t these items already been prepped? Anyways I will not take my business there again. I suggest other Popeye locations as this one always seems unprepared. Do better.

Seven months ago I gave this location a 3-star review, saying that the service was lacking. The food and atmosphere have never been a problem, but at that point the service was always slow. They’ve stepped it up a lot in that time, and the food is even better! Excellent experience!!

It's almost always a good time at Popeyes. This location, however, has given in to shouting as a means to expediting service. Screaming "Next Order" while one is still paying is not appreciated. It took a few people by surprise every time they cried out someone's name. The food was great. We also tried the new wings, but we found way too much sauce on them. Had to wipe and eat most of them.

Very fast, kind and efficient staff, especially at night when few crew members are working and there is a lineup. Very clean seating areas and the food was fresh and tasty. One of the very well managed Popeyes stores that I have come across. Great work to everyone involved.

Their hospitality and customer service skills are always excellent. Aru who works there is so kind with me and I am really amazed about the way she serves me. Also, the manager named meenakshi always shows her a warm greeting to me. She really takes care of me every time I’m there.

I don’t usually do a review. Very disappointed of the chicken’s size. We were told that there is a 15 minutes waiting time which we don’t mind because we saw that it’s busy. We expected a good size chicken and a fresh one but as you can see on the skin, it seems like it’s been there for awhile. Very very disappointed.

I found a ROCK in my rice & beans, I almost choked on it smh. I visit this location pretty often but not after this. The prices are being raised & customers expect quality food, this is unacceptable! *the brownish object is the rock*
