Worst customer service; never going back. Two girls and one guy were working in the back on Wednesday at 12:30 AM. They were having too much fun in the kitchen and didn't care about the customers; all they were doing was laughing, and the guy was sitting on his phone.u

Horrible service! Sat there for 25 minutes waiting for our food consistently asking for updates for them to eventually say it was ready the whole time! They then went on to blame me for not asking even though I have been! Food ended up being cold and stale. Terrible location and staff.

Best cook at this Popeyes omg. The chicken is always cooked perfectly and never cooked too much or too less. Some other Popeyes locations I’ve been too, I’ve gotten some really overcooked chicken which makes the chicken feel rubbery. At this location never! One note always get the fries instead of onion rings because they give too little here. I’ve been to a specific Popeyes and they have a whole box of onion rings with the combo. Anyways still a great place to go and always has delicious food.

I started working at this Popeyes on August 11. They told me there would be 2 days of unpaid training, but they extended it to 4 days, making me work 36 hours for free. I needed the job, so I agreed, but it felt wrong. After a month of working hard without any complaints, the manager stopped giving me shifts, saying there were no hours available, even though I told them I was free except on Thursdays due to college. Later, I was removed from the group chat without any explanation. They seem to hire people, make them work for free, and then just drop them. Be careful if you're thinking of applying here.

I recently visited this place and served by a female staff around 6:15pm . I got Cajun Fries, Biscuits and Blackened Ranch dipping sauce. When I visited this place they were not busy. I got my order pretty quickly and the staff was nice and friendly as well. About the food it was as expected.

Wonderful experience during visiting this store for the first time because of Miss. Niharika Dhwanil. She is excellent in customer service and most important has a polite approach. Food quality, place hygiene, order time, and more was really good!
