I had ups and downs with this location but it’s never their fault.. when we ordered online through their website but almost 2 hours and our order was still not delivered. It was late in the evening and we don’t want to drive.. turns out, their website uses SkipTheDishes delivery drivers, and since we didn’t order from Skip’s app, the latter put us on the very last queue (what a crap).. we ended up picking it up ourselves after 2 hours, and we’re just 5 mins drive away. The staff were nice and accommodating.. really felt bad, and showed the willingness to compensate for what happened even tho it’s never their fault. Long story short, we just do pickups, and since we’re somehow a regular (not everyday or weekly, just 2-4 times per month lol ), I think they remember me specifically and they’re always nice to me when I go here. This is by far, my trusted location! Cheers!

This is one of, if not my favourite Popeyes location that I’ve been to. Most of the workers that I’ve encountered at this location have been very kind, and are also patient with the long orders that I make. The chicken is usually juicy, the mash potatoes are flavourful, and the fries are crispy. I do recommend this location as I don’t have many bad experiences with it. Of course almost every location may have an off day, but to me this location is one of the best I’ve been to. Oh and one final thing, they’re open late at night on most days that they’re open. So if you’re craving a late night snack/meal then they are a great option!

I met a staff at Popeyes and the name of the lady name is Cristal. She is so good and efficient to work. She is absolutely a customer oriented girl, Hiring such a great staff makes the customer visit all the time. Hats off to her service

I stopped by at Popeyes along Weston for a quick dinner yesterday, and it didn’t disappoint! The service was fantastic, they are very polite and attentive. My order was ready in no time. I got the signature chicken meal, and it was hot and tasty. Overall a solid experience!

The food is normally good I love eating from this location. But today I bought some food and it tasted like rusty iron and salt. It was not edible at all. You guys need to do better. And change the oil often. That was just disgusting.

Do not go here if you are in a rush or on any sort of time constraint as they waste your time. I went here wanting to order a promo for the the 2 sandwich combo that I had on the app to order but they couldn’t take my promo because I didn’t have “physical proof” so I had to go back home grab the mailer coupons that everyone and their mom gets to show “proof” of the coupon. I kid u not this promo has no special code or anything to take it to this extent. After I settle my order I waited 10 minutes for it to be ready with no Uber orders or customers before me bare in mind that I left then came back to the people after that order still didn’t get their food. As I receive my food finally I check it to make sure that everything I ordered was there and of course they forgot the sauces that I PAID FOR asking me if I want “ketchup or hot sauce” NO. I want the sauce I paid for. Now I get back home opening what’s in the bag that is my order which is the 2 sandwich combo and I can tell you that I got my sandwiches but where is my combo???!?!! This amount of fries for TWO COMBOS can feed my 7 years old brother and he’ll still be hungry. Extremely disappointed this should be 0 stars but because it’s the only one open in the area past 11 I guess it gets one. I hope Sukh re-evaluates her job it is easy to tell which people do their job for the pride and which people do it just for a paycheck.

Made an order online and it was ready for pickup in 10-15mins. Great service and clean restaurant. Chicken was juicy and and the fries were crispy. Parked on the side and made a loop to the back of the restaurant and out to the main road with a streetlight.
