Paid around $5-6 for poutine and barley even gave me $3 worth of poutine what the heck why even have the box if there not gonna fill it up at least 80% . Other Popeyes location fill it up a decent amount this place is just bad

I asked since I live across a homeless shelter if they could give me a few more pieces so I can give out they told me no they don’t support the homeless I’ll never eat year again it’s 5:08 am that really crazy you guys dint help out your community it’s crazy I spend $60 on food caused that’s all I had all I asked was if you could Me feed the homeless very heartless very you need to fire whoever was working this shift ever heartless and not professional I work in the food industry and we would never do this. It’s not taking anything other paycheque to be a good person and they weren’t that about their character. (October 19th 5:13am) i’ll never forget because you guys close at 6 AM and the fact that you guys couldn’t give out chicken that you guys were gonna throw out was crazy thinking of inflation we’re just throwing our chicken we don’t need and ignorant people don’t want to feed the homeless thinking it’s gonna go somewhere. It’s not people getting paid and they just don’t care. I got food poisoning from this place a week ago thinking it was just the wrong person working but now I know they’re heartless and they don’t care about anything but just getting a check. You guys need to do an update with your business, I’m giving you guys a week or I’m suing, the attitude is trash. The customer service is trash and the food is trash. Please do a whole renovation. Oh yeah and since I’m gonna stop eating here, it’s a rats in the back.

The takeout experience was convenient and hassle-free. The online ordering process was smooth, and the estimated pickup time was accurate. The food was still hot and fresh when I got home, which made for a perfect meal. In conclusion, my Popeyes takeout experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving some delicious fried chicken. Whether you’re a longtime fan or trying it for the first time, you won’t be disappointed!

I didn’t have Popeyes in a long time but this location in terms of food and service is awesome. I loved their wings and tenders, it was so fresh and honey garlic flavour is just lit. The lady there was so welcoming. Recommended to all.

Hey, I've lived in this area for a while and I've noticed for the past year and half this establishment became horrible! Ranging from bad service to finding HAIR IN MY FOOD! This has been consistently happening to a point where I had to review here! HOW ARE YOU POPEYES AND CAN'T EVEN COOK THE FOOD PROPERLY? Can you explain how I can order chicken wings and find HAIR/CHICKEN HAIR in the food? I would love to speak to the new management about this and will come in person to speak about the service if asked. How do I get hair in my food? DOES POPEYES NOT HAVE FOOD SAFETY MEASURES OR STANDARDS? I'LL BE WAITING FOR THE NEW STORE MANAGEMENT TO RESPOND BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! DON'T BELIEVE ME?? I'LL PROVIDE PROOF!

I felt like I paid too much for 8 piece of chicken $29.37… staff not pleasant and not helpful to give me the best deal. Also the restaurant is rather dirty. The interact machine buttons are so greasy it was stuck. Ugh 😩 I will not go back here

The managers are teaching their employees how to scam customers. Multiple times, I've had to argue with front staff on their own policy before the manager would intervene. Every time these employees would ultimately say that they were given contradictory instructions from their managers. Additionally you get berated by employees in Hindi while trying to explain how the language on the receipt and website are misleading. Popeyes Receipts let you redeem your free meal within 30 days of getting the code (per their website, see image). Employees here will tell you that your redemption window is only 2 days (whereas the receipt gives you 2 days to fill out a survey and 30 days to redeem your code based on the survey site). Make it make sense.

0 star service for 2 star quality food. I don’t blame Popeyes as a whole for this poorly managed franchise. First, staff were very rude and did not care to be at work it seemed. The cashier was not listening so I had to repeat my order a few times and when I did, she gave me the dirtiest look… not sure why. After ordering, I noticed customers after also getting similar treatment which is unfortunate. Second, my food was overcooked to which we had advised another staff member as the cashier was busy, this staff member proceeded to tell us that that’s how their food is and that they all look like that and she can “prove it”. She went to the chicken rack and grabbed a piece of chicken to show us… strange. We didn’t continue the dispute as it seemed they didn’t care. Kitchen staff was on their phone, which explained the overcooked chicken. My chicken sandwich looked like someone had made it, put it in the bag and then used their palm to squish it… any ways, not a fan of how i was treated here especially for overcooked and under cared for food. There’s more to say but i digress.
