Everytime I come they never have anything and don’t ever want to sell me what I ask for this is one of the worst Popeyes I’ve been too idk why it’s open

Giving 1 star for simple reason I asked got popcorn shrimp small side of gravy and I was giving like 12 pieces instead of filling the plate they top it with gravy and feels like I wasted alot money and got nothing, beside that lady at counter did fantastic job just portion is horrendous.

Idk why but the chicken smelt like it was spoiled. I ordered the four pieces they the smell was someway came and asked for a change which they did but it was still the same. (Smelt like spoiled fish)

It smells so bad in this location. It’s so disgusting. I ordered chicken and after leaving, 3 people with me said it smells sour. I broke it in half thinking it was maybe the oil? But no. The chicken smelt awful and was not good. Manager did not offer a refund and wouldn’t do so. Remake was not better, it smells like sour fish.

This location closes at 12am as per their website. We went in 5 past 11pm as we were so hungry and just wanna sit and have something to fill our tummies. We patiently waited for our food and when the associate finds out we will be dining in, she then said dining in is closed at 11. I was like, come again? How come if you guys are open until midnight. She agreed for us to stay until 11:30pm. Then at 11:20pm she went outside the dining area and started cleaning the floor, sweeping those nasty leftovers dropped on the floor towards our direction. Feeling so disgusted by her rudeness, we decided to wrap our food and leave. I hope someone from this location can re educate this employee/s on what good service is. Before we left, I politely asked her name and she said her name is Patel.

Have had food from this store a few times before and it never has been up to the mark. Although the service is good and the chicken is fresh most of the time, don't think they properly marinate the chicken and it's usually bland. Not the best experience.

This restaurant displays on their front door that it closes at 1:30am from Monday to Sunday. For the past two years, every time I come to the restaurant after 10:30pm they are getting ready to close, doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. Every time I ask the staff why the store is closing earlier than what’s advertised on the operating hours on the door, they say “oh that’s just for today”. It’s very evident this is a regular scheduled closure. The operating hours on the window should reflect their actual operating hours.
