Bought a spicy sandwich combo. It was hot and fresh! Customer service was great as the staff was super friendly and helpful, will come again!

I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal and received a tiny leg, a small wing, and a small thigh instead. When I addressed the issue, the manager was dismissive and treated me like a thief, refusing to apologize. He even demanded a receipt for a poutine I just bought without being given one. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and it’s clear the staff is poorly trained. I won’t be returning to this location. Avoid this restaurant if you value good service!

Had a terrible experience with the store owner, who really needs to improve his customer service. The food quality at this location is mediocre, the floors are always dirty and sticky, and the bathroom is rarely clean. It's ironic that the owner has repeatedly asked me to write a 5-star review. I won't be writing that review while the store is in such a bad shape buddy. If anybody reads this, take the time to order at the other locations nearby. It’s worth it compared to walking into a sticky, smoke filled, dirty mess of an establishment. Not that the cares anyways. Don’t risk getting attacked over an 85 cent refill like I did. Choose a better location to get your chicken. Good luck!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Popeye's location. After spending over $10 on a chicken sandwich, I was refused a simple glass of water on a very hot day. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I hope the management will reconsider their policies to avoid treating other customers this way.

This location never has proper wings. Ordered 6pc they gave us 5 each with a little piece of crumble attached to a drum to make it look bigger. Weird scent coming from one of the wings as well. Seems like they’re cutting corners by time I noticed it was too late to go back. They shouldn’t scam people out their money like this. This is the 3rd time. Do better

Worst restaurant experience. Walked in Sunday night and got served chicken blood. Never seen such a thing at my once fav fried chicken enterprise. Also this one wins the filthiest kept bathroom in the area.

New branch that opened recently , food is good , it takes some wait times even if you are the only one ! Though they always mention it’s 7 minutes wait time , and it is actually 7 minutes , Not sure about the fountain drink charge 89 cents ? Overall nice people good service

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about because my experience was great! The guy on cash was super helpful and friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the bar seating at the window is comfy and great for people watching. The Sunday nugget deal is a bargain! So glad to have this spot in the neighbourhood. The only negative is 85 cents for refills on drinks, what's that about??
