I went to the store at 1AM as I was craving to have chicken. I had a very good experience. Ankita served good food and gave the best customer service.

This place, the staff is very tired and unhappy; they don’t know how to talk to customers. I ordered food before I ordered, and when I asked what was special today, he answered very angryly. They need good training on how to deal with customers. The food handle is not good like the other place, Popeyes.

I’m a beliver like the Monkeys hit song in the 70’s. The service is actually very good. The Chicken and fries are excellent. Or if you still want the minie size chicken from Mars at KFC? They still exist for now😞

Update The chicken was crisp for the two piece Tuesday special. It was too salty that I had to add extra honey at home. Previously, I ordered the Sunday special, an eight piece of nuggets. The crunchy nuggets were cooked all the way through. I waited a few minutes but was happy with the freshness of my order. It came with choice of dip. I was fine with this but I prefer the taste of a larger piece of chicken. It is more satisfying and it definitely feels like better value.

.....Very Very disappointed as a food worker myself I got home just 10 mins ago and opened up to this...I called the Manger over there as she said she remembers me with my baby I explained the situation as if u work in fast food you know u throw these pieces aside as the cost of the sandwich I.e Nashville, now before I flipped my lid I spoke nicely explained the situation...her answer : I didn't see it made so idk if it came like that.......are u serious....now I'm flipping my lid and writing a bad review cause what is this? Who would eat this?? The rest of my meal is fine the kids meals fine...but this is sad and also phone was hung up once I said girl u know ur wrong ....just cause u in parkdale don't mean u don't treat the food same quality everywhere..... Smh n I really liked them.. went to that one over the king location because they use to be so proper

This morning 1 AM me and my wife were starving decided to go to this location and surprisingly 1 young one lady one guy who doesn’t even have a food knowledge. give me a raw chicken sandwiches my stomach is upset already went back to tell them they are closing so only they gave me a 4 pieces of small stripes that’s all. Good inspector must check on them. Big thumbs down

Came here multiple times made order such as -Chicken legs/thighs -Chicken tenders -Chicken nuggets -Fries -Mash potatoes Etc and has been consistently consistent with all their orders. Never had a bad experience besides maybe having a slightly long wait time as I’ve noticed a good majority of the time they have to made the order right when I’ve placed the order. Place is clean, bathrooms were closed off. Customer service is simple as taking your order and getting out.

I hate leaving a bad review and feeling like a Karen, but I finished work and was so fired up for popeyes tenders. Ordered from this location, and it was delivered well packaged and organized. The only issue is that the tenders were SO small! Each tender was basically the size of my thumb. One of them was just crispy skin with no actual meat. Overall super disappointing, I’ve never had such sad tenders from popeyes, so maybe an off day?
