Had a great experience at Popeyes! The staff (Huma) were super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, and service was really quick. Definitely one of the best Popeyes I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

The people working here are great. They instantly cleaned the table for me and also were very polite. I got tenders which were very juicy and fresh. I am a regular customer here i always see the guy and the girl working here they are the best. I stay near the mall and that is why i come here often and these people make my meal more special.

Amazing service and food. Totally loved the experience here. The people working here are very friendly. I have always observed two tall guys working which always have a smile on their face. The guy in the grey shirt and the one behind always makes fresh chicken on my request. If the owner is reading this please give them a raise and they keep your restaurant standards up compared to other popeyes.

Today i went to this store around 6 and ordered wings. I got fresh ones on request and the guy and girl working was extremely politely and gave me fresh fries and wings. He cleaned my table as soon as i sat there , i would definitely come back to this store again. They had really great customer service. One of the employees Huma Ali is really nice and helpful.

Update: updating my reviews after taking to the Owenr. Thanks Ien for reaching out after actively investigating my issue and ensuring quality from now on. I'll go there someday soon to try some more shrimp items, hoping for a better experience from next time. Their popcorn shrimp had their intestine in them.

Located inside of fairview mall by shoppers drug mart entrance - this location had great service and delicious food! The lady that served us was very polite and friendly and wiped the table before seating us which was very kind. The food was quick and fresh. Would recommend this location. Mall has ample parking in this area for takeout or dine in- however limited seating.

Decent location within the mall. Food was somewhat fresh and the service was average. 2 for 1 promo on Skip the Dishes makes it worthwhile when the promo is available.

The service here was polite and helpful. They were also quite efficient but I was a bit disappointed that my burger had cold buns. Beside that, the deluxe burger I ordered was pretty good. The fried chicken has a nice crunchy exterior and a tender meat inside. I do feel like it's missing a bit in flavours and it felt a bit dry after a couple of bites. I wish they had a secret sauce like a lot of other chains have. It was overall a pleasant meal and it was only 14$ for the burger combo which comes with fries and a drink. The restaurant is quite small though and with very limited amount of seats so it does feel a bit cramped when eating there.
