Worst customer service ever by two Indian women on this Location.. We ordered chicken tenders Some pieces were quite raw and uncooked . We asked the Indian ladies to change it, and they started arguing that chicken is cooked like they were giving us out of their own pocket They are ill mannered They don't know how to deal with customers 😒

Food is standard across all popeyes locations as far as i am aware however the kind lady working the counter tonight at this location really helped us out earlier. We were in a huge rush to leave and catch our bus so we didn’t check what we had and apparently we were missing 6 wings from our order but the nice woman ran out of the store after us to tell us that we were missing something. Still managed to catch our bus (on it right now) and our night is saved because it would’ve been very disappointing to go home with an incomplete order. Very nice service

The store sign says for the deal of the day it's for ANY chicken sandwhich but when I went inside they said only the regular chicken sandwhich or the same thing with lettuce and tomato. They did not include their ghost pepper chicken sandwhich, blackened chicken sandwhich, or any other sandwhich in the deal What does ANY mean if you only include 1 type of sandwhich out of the many you serve I wanted to leave a review on the weekly promotions, this was a severe buzz kill

Excellent service, good food, and amazing experience. We went there on a weekend with two other families and kids. The staff were very accommodating and the food was fresh. Mr Bilal served us. Thank you.

WORST SERVICE EVER 18TH FEBRUARY 10PM CHECK THE CCTV Me and my friends came to dine in seeing your Google timing ie, 11:30pm on both Google AND the poster on FRONT DOOR, both of which said that the store was open until 11pm and 11:30pm . However, we had been roaming around from restaurant to restaurant because they were all closing and we were specifically looking for a restaurant to comfortably dine in at. So just to be extra sure, when I walked in, I asked the employee cleaning the lobby, "What time you guys are open till?” and he said 11. It is important that both on google and the poster on the door did not specify that their lobby would be closed for dine in at a certain time, even if they are taking orders after those hours We began to place our order and this was the first opportunity that they had where they could have told us that they were doing takeouts only but the cashier did not mention anything. We finished placing our order and while we were indecisive, the cashier was not polite and had an attitude when we were just trying to confirm the order. As we are paying, this was another missed opportunity to inform us that they are only doing takeouts. We had taken a seat and while waiting, other customers walked in to place their orders, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. When we received the order he treated us rudely and didn't provide the drink until we asked. When we asked for paper plates to eat in, he said they are closed for dine in and that was the first time he mentioned that they don't dine in after 10pm. It was really cold outside and we were waiting for our ride and on top of that really hungry. So we made sure we didn't make a mess and ate some food until our ride came and the employees switched the lights off at us at 10:20 ish, every single customer was confused and shocked which made it more evident and to my understanding was on PURPOSE. The guy who took the order told the guy in the lobby to tell us to get out. And also pointed out that one of us was wearing a McDonald's uniform. Yes,one of us works at the food chain, what was the need to point that out. but the pure intention to point this information out was to shame us and intimidate us into leaving. As customer service workers, we know that if we failed to mention any necessary information to the customer, especially during closing hours regarding what is available and what it not, it is our fault for not mentioning and to rectify the mistake. However, these employees insisted that they mentioned the dining area was closed during the order taking process and refused to listen to anything we were saying. Things got hostile when I went up to clear things up with the front counter employee. Whereas all he did was get all defensive and did not even listen. We saw the timing on Google and came here knowing it was open for dine in. When I showed him the timing I saw on Google, he tried to snatch the phone from my hands which is incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary. It’s public information, I wasn’t sure what his intention was but it was malicious. If we knew that dine in was closed, we wouldn't have got food from here at all because all this night, we had to choose to not order from restaurants that were closing their dine-in areas. Anyways, afterwards the lobby guy kept nagging at us saying he won't provide us napkins (which were missing in the bag) and if we needed it ,we should go and "ask" the guy in the front. So we used the paper roll on the table to wipe the table clean and clear the "non existent mess". The guy in the lobby was equally disrespectful towards us by saying he uses that paper roll to clean toilets and it's not supposed to be used on the table. LIKE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON GUEST SERVICE. We were kicked out even before 10:30pm in the cold and were waiting for our ride. It was truly the worst experience ever, we walked out of there and waited in the cold instead while we questioned how these people managed to get customer facing jobs. THANKYOU FOR RUINING OUR DAY.

Popeyes is known across Canada for serving halal chicken but you can't visually confirm whether the chicken is actually certified by the HMA because the certification was missing for customers to see. I'm unsure whether its just this store or all the Popoyes stores don't put up the certificate. However, the staff provided good service and the quality of food was pretty fine. I expect that the management will address the lack of certificate display, as it can be an important factor for customers seeking halal options.

At this location, chicken is cooked by using proper recipe. Unlike others who either dont put the spices correctly or overcooked the chicken or have way too much oil At this location, the chicken tastes good and less oily. Chicken pieces are big, not tiny ones Their staff is friendly, and they dont let customers wait in line to fill up the orders for the other order pickups guys Just watch out when you order salads and mash most of the time their things leak. When I ask to fix the isue they jus say dont worry it's normal.
