Been there a couple of times, they've been consistent with order prep time, food quality, and freshness. The weekday deals are relatively decent. The franchise and drink upgrades for $1.50 each seem not worth it but they just complement the food so much it's worth it.

I have visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. My most recent visit was last night, and it was particularly frustrating. Upon arrival, the staff failed to greet me or offer even a small smile, which set a negative tone right away. To make matters worse, the accuracy of my order was lacking. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but there was literally no sauce on it, making it incredibly dry. No one asked if I wanted ketchup or hot sauce, and I wasn’t provided with any napkins. When you're paying for a meal, it's reasonable to expect attention to these details. Additionally, I wasn't given a receipt, making it difficult to report my concerns to a manager. It feels as though the staff is just going through the motions without any real commitment to providing quality service. I strongly suggest that management invest in better staff training to improve both the accuracy of orders and overall customer service. I had hoped for a better experience, but at this point, I won't be returning.

My experience at Popeyes was satisfying and quick. The staff was friendly, and my order of Chicken Nuggets was served hot and fresh. The Sweet Heat sauce added a nice kick. The restaurant was clean but quite busy, Despite the crowd, the service was efficient. Overall, it was a great stop for a flavorful and convenient meal.

Popeyes' fried chicken is a must try, especially their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. My new go to place for brunch. Can't wait to come again. Really liked the customer service and the ambience. Overall i enjoyed the experience.

I dropped in to try something different in an area I don't usually frequent! This place had the nicest staff! It took me a while to decide, and I changed my mind once it didn't matter. The lady behind the counter was so sweet! The food was good and the atmosphere was better thanks to them!

Let me take a moment to appreciate the service provided by the staff members, They were very humbled the dining area was very clean and my food was ready in 2-3 minutes. It was my visit after so long at this location and i will recommend this location to everyone. Best smelling popeyes👍✨

Such bad service here, when I eat it I found out the wing have black stuff on it and I try to ask them what’s on it and they said it’s dark skin and I said can I exchange this piece and the Indian manager said no, you eat it! It’s that meant if I am not eat you will be exchange for me? Such a meant person in the world rude and tough! Never come this location
