FOOD POISONING. do not get the fried chicken off the rack. The crispy chicken sandwich was fresh and fine but the pieces of fried chicken as part of a special caused the worst food poisoning we’ve experienced.

This place is underrated, it should be one of the fav among food services. I went there out of hunger but running out of time for work but still they could make it best for me even in hurry.. so definitely they need to be appreciated🤝 even the staff was very co-operative and kind.

We picked up 2 combos, a 3 piece chicken with Cajun fries and root beer, and a 3 piece tenders with Cajun fries and cherry coke. The chicken pieces looked a little dark. First bite of drumstick, felt slimy with weird taste. Second bite, weird taste got worse. Smell chicken and it was awful. My partner verified the smell was not correct. Tried the wing/leg, split it in half and smelled it, felt like throwing up and nauseated. This chicken smells extremely bad. I'm hoping I don't get sick. My partners chicken tenders seem ok but we stopped eating those also. I have pictures of everything. I expect to be contacted regarding this. Looks like I'm not the only one

This location should be rated 1 star if even that, the staff was fine but I got food poisoning from this location once so I didn't go back for a while but then I thought I'd give it another shot because mistakes happen but when I returned months later and got food poisoning again. I'm not sure if its the freezers or the fryer timers that are off but I know 2 other people that have gotten food poisoning from there as well. Something is not right here, I've never had this issue at the Orangeville location. I assume the positive reviews are from the staff.
