Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We got 2 large mac n cheese, 2 large mashed potatoes and 3 apple pies. All of which came up to $40. How ridiculous is that? To add salt to injury, the server told us that they don’t have enough mashed potatoes to fill up one of large cups and instead offered 2 regular size which I don’t believe at all come up to the same our as large. His other option was for me to get an extra apple pie… literally speechless. When I asked for a refund he told me he will give us 3 mashed potatoes in regular size containers instead which I accepted and wish I did not. The mashed potatoes were so watery it was like eating baby food. I had to go back home and try to salvage it with corn starch and that didn’t event save it. It was downright disgusting. This was honestly such a horrible experience overall, from price, to customer service, to product. I have had the mashed potatoes at other locations and they were never this bad. But honestly this makes me never want to visit another Popeyes again. If you are still loyal to this brand then at least save ur self and don’t visit this location.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to so far. I’ve been going to Popeyes for a long time and this is the first time I’ve encountered this problem. I ordered a 6 piece ghost pepper wings and 4 of them tasted terrible and had a foul smell. The smell was rotten and the taste was a completely disgusting. There were so many dark spots inside the chicken which smelled like it was rotten and decaying. The insides were really dirty as there was food everywhere on the floor. Never coming back to this Popeyes location.

I actually don’t like to give a bad review. This is actually half the poutine that I have received at any Popeye’s store. I understand you were short on fries. All what can be done is ask the customer to wait then to provide the quantity way less than the price and what is offered at other location.

Clean and great service stood out. My burger was also well made (sometimes proportions of ingredients indicate staff are rushed / inattentive). Best Popeyes I’ve been to by a long way. Congrats to the team there.

I recently visited Popeyes and was thoroughly impressed by their staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and attentive. The team worked efficiently, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly and accurately. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made for a pleasant dining experience. Kudos to the staff for their excellent service!

It's one of my favorite eateries in my neighborhood, so I visit often. They have juicy and tender chicken on better combo offers. Moreover, the staff are quite friendly and they serve pretty fast.

Staff were super friendly and greeted me as soon as i stepped in. You can definitely tell that the food was absolutely made fresh on order. The place was super clean and everyone seemed cheerful and pleasant. Would give it 5 stars but the fry portions should be bigger, no blame on staff as this is a company thing. Will definitely be coming back!
