Avoid this location ! The size of their chicken pieces is literally less than 1/3 of other locations, and stale !! We regrettably returned the second time yesterday (thinking to give them the benefit of doubt) - it had gotten worse ! The inflation was bad enough and this dishonest behaviour makes it even worse for everyone. Our visits were February 11, 2024(6:00pm) and October 19, 2024.(5:30pm).

Disgraceful. The employees and management clearly cut corners and have completely ruined the quality. They serve old, double-fried food that feels like garbage. It’s disappointing to see how low the standards have fallen.

This store specifically has a really good staff. It's all slightly older people who say hi to you (not that I care), ask your name, repeat your order, remember customers and their names and even make small talk if they know you. It's always clean despite being joined by a yoghurt shop, and there's plenty of seating. I'll come to this store specifically because I know everything will be clean and they'll fix mistakes happily if they make any. Their daily deals are also great !

Right when we entered the door of the store, we were greeted with the energetic employee, Ariel! He served us very fresh and newly cooked sandwich and wings! I really like that the wings are fully covered with the sauce! I will definitely come back and tell people to buy in this specific store!

In the fast food sector, it can often be hit or miss, but this establishment clearly takes pride in maintaining a tidy environment. The restrooms were spotless, and the dining area was organized and well-kept, which is always a pleasant surprise when dining out. Now, let's talk about the food! We ordered the classic chicken sandwich and fried chicken, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly cooked; crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The bun was fresh and fluffy, contributing to a satisfying bite. The sandwich was generously topped with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and a tangy sauce that elevated the entire dish. It was a well-balanced meal that provided great flavor without being overly greasy. The service at this fast food restaurant stood out as much as the food. Ariel and Alma were exceptional hosts, ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ bringing a cheerful vibe that made the dining experience even better. They were attentive and eager to accommodate any requests, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and valued. Their enthusiasm clearly reflected the positive atmosphere of the establishment. Overall, our visit to this chicken fast food place was enjoyable. With clean facilities, delicious food, and a friendly staff, it’s definitely a spot I would recommend for a quick and satisfying meal. If you’re in the area and craving chicken, this place is well worth a visit!

5 stars! We had an amazing first visit to Popeyes and we're already hooked! The fresh fried chicken and chicken sandwiches were out of this world. We'll definitely be making this our go-to branch in town. The team, including Ariel, Mamoona, and the whole crew, provided exceptional customer service. We can't wait to come back!😍 We were so excited to indulge in our meal that we didn't have time to take photos before diving in. The food was too good to resist! 🤤

You would think that when these restaurants raise their prices that they would atleast try to better their service as well. Advertised EVERYWHERE it shows that the wings are clearly tossed and COVERED in sauce. When I call the lady proceeds to tell me that the way I received my wings are how they were told to make them.. it looks like to me that this restaurant is trying to cheap out on sauce. Did not recieve buttermilk ranch like asked. And the best part is that these onion rings were ABSOLUTELY HORRID. What in the world is that gooey substance coming out ??? And why are the rings not seperated?? It literally had a huge piece of onion (3-4 rings)thrown in batter and it’s undercooked... I expect to get a reply as soon as possible in regards to why this restaurant thinks it’s okay to serve customers this kind of food. To anyone reading this.. I suggest a different location. On top of that if I get sick , that’s another problem heading your way.

Great and pleasant staff, quick service, will prepared sandwiches. Ordered classic and spicy chicken sandwiches, and three pieces of chicken ! Since the weather ice machine wasn’t working, the manager offered us bottled cold drinks, which is generous! Many customer go in and out quickly because of the staff and management effectiveness
