Ordered a 3 piece chicken with all dark meat, and asked for 2 thigh and 1 leg. My regular order across all locations, never had an issue. Worker insisted she had to put 2 leg and 1 thigh or it would be an up charge? Only a breast is an up-charge as per the skip app.... fix your app to add thigh option as an up-charge or customize orders as your customers request. Thank you

Be absolutely careful when you go there and buy food, one of the people in the back making the food kept open mouth coughing all over the food and everything in the kitchen. We were about to buy some chicken wings and shrimp and then I kept seeing her cough all over. Just delicious.... Thank you for the extra seasoning.

I went into Popeye’s today, first time in this location. The manager was short and impatient the with customers. I let a gentleman go ahead of me as I was unsure of my order. The Manager, Kim had attitude with him, as he was waiting a previous customer came to return her order. The Gentleman was served and left, I was next to order, an argument ensued between customer making return, yelling between the two as I stood there. A new customer walked in, listening to these two yelling, the manager tried to get me involved in their argument. The new customer and I walked out. It was ridiculous, unprofessional for a manager to act this way and I will never return

My local popeyes; I was so excited to see this location open a few years ago! Service here is always great; food has been fresh 9/10 times. My only critique is that there has been a couple times they do not put the correct dipping sauce in the bag. A friendly reminder won't deter us from coming back! Great location! P.S blackened ranch is a life changing sauce flavour. TRY IT!

Omg this is what they gave me and I just spent + $70 shame on you!!!!! I've opened the box home to this. The food is burned, not edible, they fry and fry and fry and use the same fry for months food stinks. 🤢🤮 everything tastes the same and no English speaking employees!
