Went in, and there was no white meat available. Ask for a four piece with no wings. What I got was two legs and two thighs. I wish you wouldn't up charge for a piece of white meat. Competitor in the plaza across from your plaza, you ask for white me, and they add it to your order with no extra charges

They gave me chicken that's gone bad - bad by at least a week! It had this unearthly foul smell! I love popeyes so much. Please for the love of God sort this out.

Bought the only pieces of chicken when they had equipment broken down. Tasted extremely awful. Cold with seafood smell from the chicken. Had bad stomach all night. Called store manager next day .Manager barely spoke any English but asking for receipt. I wasn’t even preparing ask for anything . Terrible management, terrible food . Food hygiene hazard.

They gave me the smelly fried chicken for my lunch today. 3 fried chicken, one of them is obviously over fried like cooked twice. It's smelly and dry, not as juicy as fresh fried ones. I doubt if they recycled the chicken from yesterday or even earlier... I will never come here anymore.

Ordered spicy chicken wings, but got mild boneless wings. When I told them, the manager’s face showed he thought I am cheating. I told him I just want to make another order, not asking for free wings. They sucks.

The spicy chicken was very tasteless and also I don't know if it's something with their management, when I ordered a 3 piece combo specifically saying "dark meat meat please, I don't want wings. " The staff acknowledged my request and they searched with all their ability to find a piece of thigh smaller then a wing. We're there fine print saying that's the rule for 3 pc is 2 pc dark meat and a wing..? I don't understand.

Update review Dec 1: Chicken is undercook. Not acceptable. __________________ The credit card machine shows they accept Amex but they decline taking Amex. Food temperature is ok but the drumsticks are super small. I ordered 5 pcs dark meat special with online coupon/ offer. It was $8.99 plus tax. Staff are ok but not happy with the method of payment and the small size drumsticks. Hope they can do better as they used to be better!

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, is my "go to" for crispy southern style chicken. Since it's Tuesday, going for their $3.49 special for 2 pcs of chicken. Each order is one leg and one thigh (no white meat) . Shown is a box of 8 pieces. I also love their Buttermilk Biscuits. I got a box of 6 for $3.99 . If you only want one ... they're 99 cents each. Usually the pieces of thighs and legs are a good size pieces. But today one of thighs given was 25% smaller than the rest. Therefore i gave them a 4 star rating because I feel it's something that should have been mentioned and given me an extra piece to compensate for this.
