I spent 29.68 dollars here on food poutine and delux burgers. It was taken away, and they packed a small portion of poutine but charged a full amount of food, and i ordered two delux burger, and they gave me regular chicken sandwichs . It wasn't fresh at all . I was in a hurry, and i took my order home. While eating, i realized i paid for delux chicken burgers. I thought they are also human its okay if they mistakenly gave me another burger, but when i opened a box of poutine and saw less amount of potine and fries. I couldn't control myself as it is really unacceptable that they are porividing this kind of service after charging 30 dollers to customers. It's really disgusting that some people earn this much amount of money by working two hours and they can't provide them with proper order after charging this much??? It's really disgusting and unacceptable. I pray nobody visits this restaurant and requests everyone stop visiting this kind of restaurant.

I called your restaurant to place an order, and my order was accepted without any indication that the store would be closing soon. However, upon arriving at the location to collect my order, I was informed that the restaurant was already closed. This experience was extremely frustrating, as I had asked specifically about your closing time during the call. The lack of clarity and professionalism resulted in wasted time and effort on my part, not to mention significant disappointment. I expect better communication and service from a reputable brand like Popeye’s. Please ensure that your staff clearly inform customers of your store’s operating hours to avoid such inconveniences in the future

Popoyes #11957 Order # 113, Order timing 01:28:40 AM Manager/Supervisor - Vanshika (during shift time).This place and the staff during the provided timing is unprofessional and don’t know how to service the customers. So this place according to the timings which closes at 4 AM, but they close all the dining area including the washrooms at 1AM. They Order ( not requesting) the customer not to cross the area where they have clean it already and not able to use any of sitting area at all. Employee who took the order at the service window, she is so unprofessional, rude, doesn’t know how to deal with customers,her tone is so unprofessional and refuses to give her name and employee #. They strictly need training for this job and need to take care of the customer service which helps to maintain the position and reputation of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen among the public.

Ordered wings, not a single promotional flyer indicated they would only come in extreme spice only, and even at that there was a sign indicating that depending on the sauce, the wings could range from mild to extremely spicy and the employee taking my order never asked for the spice level, so I assumed they would just be regular mild wings with my sauce of choice. I went home took one bite and found it was borderline inedible due to how spicy it was. I was very disappointed and brought the meal to the store, where I was told there was nothing they could do (which I understand) and was met with so much attitude from the lady who worked there. She proceeded to try to gaslight me in regards to what was said when I placed my order, insisting that I was told it would be ghost pepper wings and that I asked for ghost pepper wings by name (despite her not even being the one who took my order). I completely understand not being able to offer a replacement meal as it was already made, but the attitude got me more upset than the wings just being spicy. I appreciate the man who took my orders’ patience and understanding of my situation and management needs to hire more people like him rather than the unnecessarily rude lady who was talking down to me and overall being disrespectful. I completely understand working customer service is difficult, but I approached her kindness the least I can ask for is a little kindness back.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This location is very disgusting in regard to their behaviour of how they treat their customers. I placed an order through Uber eats today October 15, 2024 at 10:54pm. The order estimated time was for 11:03pm. I had my husband come in to pick up the order, I was on the phone to hear the full conversation. The employee at the register was already giving the person in front of him a hard time, when it was time for my husband to pick up the order the lady at the register said “the order is not ready yet, we need 15 more minutes.” As time went by it was 11:24pm and the order was ready. The lady gave him a hard time with the name being different, “I don’t think this order is for you”. He provided the name and the order number and she still will not take it. I spoke over the phone and said the order is correct. She had pulled the manager to confirm and once I guess they had enough they gave the order. It is embarrassing for a customer to have to go through this type of situation. The order was placed in advanced and they had enough time to prepare this order, in no circumstance should there be an issue. Orders through Uber eats or skip the dishes should be made first. I called the location to make a service complaint, spoke to the “manager” in regard to this situation. The manager was very rude and stated “my employees come first other than you customers.” As I asked for her name, she than hung up the phone. I called back and asked “why did you hang up when I asked for your name”, she said “i didn’t hang up the call disconnected”. The call disconnected right after I asked for your name there was no issue other than that prior. She was very argumentative and could not take constructive criticism at all, she also continued to call me names on the phone when all I asked to begin with is if she could give me an accurate response to this situation. If it is a procedure where you need to take several steps to verify if an order is correct than explain that. I asked for her name once more and she said “I do not need to disclose my name”. Which is in accurate because anyone in Canada working in a public environment is governed to provide their name regardless of their employment status. I would highly not recommend this location due to their poor customer service. Very disgusted with this behaviour and I will continue to go higher with this complaint.

I came in a few days ago to celebrate my daughters birthday as she wanted Popeyes as her meal. Ordered enough for the family and was charged twice on the app. When I approached the counter was told I was charged twice and that I will only get one of my orders and to dispute the other order on the app. I told them I was charged for both but was told they would only honour one order and they could not refund me for the second. It was upsetting to hear but I know the employees were just doing their jobs and their best. No manager ever came to speak to me, they just had the employees speak. Why did the manager or owner put this expectation on their staff to not resolve customer issues? That was really upsetting and embarrassing as I spent more than half hour trying to resolve this online on a special occasion. This location is right by my house and no I don’t think I should ever return.

I just experienced the worst service ever at this location and I came here to write about it. I’m grabbing dinner for my mother’s quick weekday birthday dinner. I placed my order for 12pc family meal at 5:39pm and then I waited… and waited.. and waited…I saw many people order, receive their order and eat and leave while I still waited. 6:00pm rolled around and I went to the counter and inquired. They said I’m waiting because I’m getting fresh chicken. Ok.. I waited more. The chicken was ready, now everything else wasn’t. 6:08 came by and I became vocal about my situation and how long I’ve been waiting. Now, biscuits are all gone. Everyone else’s orders were fulfilled. Now I’m waiting again. It’s 6:13 now and i finally received my order. I made a big stink, so they said they gave me 4 extra pieces of chicken, thanks Popeyes, I open the box to 4 cold drumsticks on top and a box of stale fries. I’m disappointed with the staff and service at this location. 34 minutes to wait for a meal is unacceptable at a fast food restaurant. I’m disappointed the lady at the counter begged me not to scan the google reviews QR code taped to the counter. And lastly..I’m disappointed my ice cream cake melted in the car. I will return to Popeyes, but never again will I come to this location.

Great experience at Popeyes! The place was clean, and the service was impressively fast. The cashier was very welcoming, and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location for a quick and tasty meal.
