POPEYES LOUISIANA CHICKEN

Very disappointed in the service at this place. URVASHI the cashier was rude and wouldn't own up to her mistakes. I ordered 2x 3pc meals with a fries and drink. She put in my order wrong and charge me extra for my meals. She made the mistake, was arguing and was being stubborn about listening to what I was explaining. People in this industry have to put their ego aside and focus on giving proper customer satisfaction not worrying about winning an argument. These type of people go no where in life.

This place is not clean. I ordered fries and mashed potatoes from here and the fries were fine. The mashed potatoes gave me food poisoning. I've always had mashed potatoes from Popeyes and it was fine. This location is the first location where I had it and I got food poisoning, and threw up. Mind you, I used to eat at a lot of other Popeyes locations and have never had this issue. I contacted the corporate office and they didn't help at all. Take care of your health, and go to any other fast food place, just not this one. To the owner, if you read this review, use safe food handling practices and keep the place clean. This is standard for a fast food restaurant.

Amazing costumer service. Especially the night shift workers they are cool folks. The ladies are very brave to be working the graveyard shift. I tap my hats off to them. God watches God got their backs. Keep up the great work Ya'll. I always enjoy the food, they had a. Little bit of love that's why. I always tell other's which location I go to. Always.

I order on the mobile app earlier than I meant to, I called and asked to hold the order till that evening and they did! The woman even remembered my name when I called later to confirm I was coming. Excellent service, never had a fast food place be so considerate.

Every time I order from this Popeyes they mess up my order. $9+tax for popcorn shrimp should not be all crumbs. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, and on top of the bad quality, they are always missing something. They always cheap out compared to other locations so I ordered 2 servings of popcorn shrimp this time and the second serving wasn’t even in the bag- as you can see, the only serving I got was 95% crumbs.

I recently had a meal at Popeyes and it was an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The opening staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. Their welcoming attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for a fantastic meal and great service!

This Popeyes is simply unprofessional and extremely redundant with their workplace procedures. The owner of this location has an attitude issue. I was simply waiting in line and when it got to my turn he just looks at me and rudely asks "What do you want?" I then proceeded to order and if that wasn't already a bad experience it almost took 20 mins to receive my poutine. Even after receiving my order I noticed they only put cheese on the top layer as well no cheese curds to be found anywhere else. They seem to have five employees "working" but no one available to place an order with in a timely manner. Popeyes as a company should rethink who they accept in franchising as they seem to be just giving anybody the ability to open their own Popeye's.

The lady serving at the counter -Morsal is simply amazing. She is super friendly and helpful. She gave me an extra piece as a kind gesture. I am not now the forever customer of this place. Just one special gesture of hers made me feel so nice. My heart felt gratitude. Management team pls promote her, we need people like her in customer service !!
