Popeyes Louisana Kitchen

I have had varied experiences. I always order takeout and sometimes the chicken is very good and sometimes you can see that it is frozen and sometimes you can see that it is the chicken that is in decline and they need to take it out because it even smells bad, the fried layer comes off. Personally, the manager and her workers have never been rude in the year and a half that I have been buying from them, but I would like the chicken to be fresh and well cooked.

Delicious halal chicken! I didn't know this is a halal chain until the lady told me. The chicken nuggets are juicy and tender. We always order a family set and an extra order of the nuggets. Service is friendly and fast. Highly recommend for those evenings where you just want to take a break.

Always received exceptionally good service at this location. The owner/manager is super friendly and the food’s always been up to par. Highly recommend this Popeyes if you’re in the area.

Got their deal on nuggets 2 for 1 tonight. No flavor. A bit of salt goes a long way. I guess these don't get the same breading as the cut pieces. These were tasteless. Ordered through Skip the Dishes not only did I loose 10k (which takes forever on Skip) I got tasteless food. Ordered mac n cheese. I'm guessing the owner of this store had never been to Louisiana cause the crap they call mac n cheese would get you closed down in Louisiana. My dog would not eat it and he loves cheese. Recently the chicken on cheap Tuesday tastes weird now this. I will used to go here twice a week then I tried Church's Chicken. It's consistent tasty and comparable in price. Such a waste of money Popeyes is.

I had an excellent experience at Popeyes recently! Everything was spot-on, and I left completely satisfied. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and seasoned, exactly as I hoped—juicy and flavorful with that iconic spice blend. The sides were just as impressive; the biscuits were buttery and warm, and the mac and cheese was rich and creamy. The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive, making sure everything was done right. I appreciated how quickly my order was prepared, and it was exactly what I asked for. Never coming back again! Rude, pathetic and toxic customer service. Their staff love to argue ( especially ladies), rather than making your order the way it's been requested. I wish I had a option to rate negative stars.

I stopped by Popeyes after a long time because I wanted to eat chicken. I ordered tender chicken and Cajun shrimp. I love the crispiness of Popeyes fries. The taste was good. However, there was no ventilation inside, so the air was stuffy. Although it is a fast food restaurant, it was disappointing that the employees were late in handling their work. I'm disappointed with the service and environment, but I think I'll go again if I miss Popeyes.

Already filed with UberEats but I hope everyone can see that these chickens are clearly deep-fried, overly-fried even, that it’s extremely extremely dry. However, even when fried to the extremes, the meat seems watery and red. The lights were dim in my condo at around 1 A.M. so me and my partner weren’t aware of the colour or the texture of the food. However, as you could see on the coleslaw images, they are also 99% gone bad. Yellowy, watery, and tasted sour. That’s when we turned on the lights to see that all or almost all food items were soggy, watery where it shouldn’t be, old, and somewhat sour tasting. We instantly stopped to eat and took photos and disposed the food. Around 30 minutes have passed and we’re already feeling upset in the stomach. I understand this could be a one-time thing, but wouldn’t recommend ordering late night from this branch.
