Pogue Mahone Pub & Kitchen

Dined here for dinner on a Tuesday and it was busy! Fairly loud, but I enjoy that atmosphere. Our server Olivia was attentive and thoughtful, offering me a bag to carry my leftovers in. I ordered the gluten-free crust Canadian pizza and it was one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had in a while.

The team-Perry, Nikhil, Robyn, Madison, Grin, and Jason-went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. What truly sets this place apart is their dedication to accommodating food allergies. They didn't just meet our needs —they exceeded them. The staff took the time to carefully check ingredients, offer tailored suggestions, and ensure that everyone in our group could enjoy their meal with complete peace of mind. Beautiful atmosphere, service & food! Our server Robyn was so amazing, a perfect example of what exceptional service should be! The smash burger and pizza were absolutely delicious and came out so quick. Espresso martini was delicious as well! 10/10!

I really loved this place. It was such a wonderful place to sit and chat and the people working there were absolutely lovely. I had a delicious drink which I would recommend (a strawberry daiquiri). My friends did not enjoy the Blue Hawaiian drink they ordered, and we all agreed it was not our favourite from the menu. Everything else was delicious. I had a lovely burger; would recommend those!

It was really nice. I liked the outdoor sitting area. The waiters were kind and quick with the order. I got wings and a mock tail and both were really good. I recommend for affordable food and great views

Pogue mahone is a great pub if you’re looking for a more modern environment. They have a great selection of food and beverages which are moderately priced, however the portions are a little small. It’s located by college and yonge and has ample interior and exterior seating. They also have some games inside which adds to the vibe.

I recently visited Pogue Mahone pub in Toronto for the first time, and I had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, perfect for a lunch break with work colleagues. The venue was fully packed, which is always a good sign of a popular spot. Despite the crowd, the service was friendly and attentive. While the food did take some time to arrive, it was understandable given the full house. When it did arrive, it was well worth the wait; delicious and well-prepared.

Had a great time at Pogue Mahone! The staff here are all very friendly and very nice. We had a bit of a larger group and they were super accommodating for us, helping us move tables around as more people came in. Definitely check out their daily deals. The Thursday deal is as good a deal as you'll find in the downtown core - one bourbon, one scotch, one beer for $15 (named after the George Thorogood song which we were told by some of the older members of our group 🤣)
