New location on Queen St, still amazing food. You’re not going to find better service in the Niagara region. Everything on the menu is delicious. If you live in the area or are just passing through, you need to stop here for a plate!

Since they moved locations, quality seems to have suffered. Ordered 3 tacos: beef, jerk chicken and veggie--ground beef had no flavor and quality was poor. Chicken wings and fries are NOT deep fried as they don't have a fryer. Done on BBQ and wings were 'slimy'. Jerk chicken, rice and beans were 7/10. Water costs extra: $2.50 and daiquiris are watery, canned mixes, not the type youd find in the Caribbean.

Food was absolutely amazing! Came here to eat dinner with my family for two nights as it was just that good. The winner for us was the jerk chicken, don't miss out! I ordered jerk chicken on night 1, and on night 2 my whole family ended up ordering jerk chicken 😋 Aside from the amazing food and great service, the food is priced very well, couldn't have asked for more. Food is so good that it makes me want to stay in Niagara Falls so I can eat it every day 😁

Had a wonderful lunch/dinner here over the weekend. The oxtail and rice was delicious! Very flavourful! They also had an excellent selection to pick from, so there was a lot of decision making involved. On top of that, the server suggested items that weren't on the menu, and that finalized my decision. The coconut swirl drink was great too, you get four alcohol options to choose from: regular rum, coconut rum, regular vodka or coconut vodka. We were seated at the patio that had great music and fun beach-y atmosphere with palm umbrellas! Overall had an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend.

What a horrible experience! Me and my husband visited Niagara Falls for a getaway. Received a flyer to a show and good food at the Plush Imperial. Wrong!! We got there at 9pm it was empty. The flyer stated one thing we got another. They said the show will start in an hour. We decided to stay cause the menu looked good.. They told us the menu was cut due to the show ok fine ordered the food oxtails and rice chicken and fries Food was good! Food arrived in a plastic bag and food container like it was take out from another location. Now it’s 10pm still no show. Performers were there but no show they were still trying to set up and get ready. Ordered drinks 1st drink was good 2nd one was wrong and nasty bartender was rude and nasty when I said something about the drink it wasn’t the same as the other she wanted to argue. Needless to say we finally left at 11:15 the show tried to start. Never again!!!

Best Customer Service Experienced In a real long time. Authentic Real Fine Cultural food drinks music. Front Patio is amazing and appealing. Recommended goto place for a good time with friend & Loves Ones! Drinks are absolutely greatest prices + food selection is Mighty.

If you come to this place you NEED to order the patacones, they are to die for. We were a little doubtful when we found this place as it was empty, but we decided to dine in anyway. The jerk chicken was a bit dry but full of flavor,. The red snapper was also good. Would come back just.to have those patacones again

Hidden gem. Must check out. Flavors are beyond delicious and plated that all your senses can taste the flavors. Great prices and staff very friendly. A Must experience you need to have.
