Best Greek food ever, consistently excellent, amazing portions, amazing taste! I’ve eaten here many times but today I had Marc cater for my office Christmas party for 65 people. The absolute best part is the consistency of the best tasting food you get every time you visit. I have never ever been disappointed. The catering quality was also excellent and food was delivered on time. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!!

I’ve been to Plaka several times, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing with generous portions that leave you more than satisfied. It’s rare to find such great quality at such reasonable prices. The staff are always warm and welcoming, making every visit feel special. Whether you're craving traditional Greek dishes or something new, Plaka delivers every time. Highly recommend!

I arrived and had to wait a bit while the staff ran around trying to fulfill a catering order. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be given to me. I ordered the “Chicken Souvlaki Dinner” for 17$ before tax. As I waited for my food, I sat in the Mediterranean themed dining area, which had ample seating that was empty around 3PM on weekday. The restaurant had a local hole in the wall type of feeling with baby blue painting and pictures related to the Mediterranean culture. The seating area had views to the ample parking area they had. When it came to pay, they accepted cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). I received my order and found that the potatoes were mushy and lacked flavor. The tzatziki had a light yogurt consistency and had underwhelming flavors. The chicken was cooked just right, with softness in the center and slight crisp on the outside and good flavors. The pita was chewy and with decent flavor, coming in two slices. The rice was good, resembling more of a traditional Portuguese rice and not dry or super oily. The salad was soggy and lacked flavor. The portions were consistent with the pricing and were enough to fill up. Ultimately, I may return to get a dish that focuses on the chicken and rice, with substitutions for the salad and potatoes.

One of the best Greek restaurants I’ve been to, the service is speedy, portion sizes are generous, and the food tastes incredible for the price you pay, can’t ask for much more. Lots of tables and chairs inside. Located in a bustling business area, if you come during lunch expect to wait unless you order in advance. There’s plenty of parking all around.

Randomly came across this place based on a Greek food craving. This place is truly a hidden gem. The food was really good and the portion sizes were huge. For example, the chicken souvlaki on pita was $10, but the size was almost double what you would get at Jimmy the Greek and much higher quality. The chicken was grilled to perfection. We got there before the lunch rush. The lunch rush slowed down orders and put stress on the cooks, but they will do whatever they can to make things right immediately if they make any mistakes. They are honest and hard working people.

First lunch in Toronto was amazing. Where locals go, lots of customers and service and process goes at a good pace and with attention to detail to complete all perfectly. We ordered and had to take out as we could not sit the party of 10. Every thing was amazing and plenty of food. A must try if you enjoy good Greek food a great option for lunch.

this place is a little hidden gem!! I just moved into the area at a new position in a new company and like everything you need to adjust and learn what’s around you. So incredibly happy to find this restaurant the portions are huge. The staff is so friendly and their prices are so reasonable. The only downside is they close at four so bringing food home to my family would have to be ordered at lunchtime, but so well worth it.

I visited this restaurant on my lunch as I was in the area. I ordered the banquet burger with Greek salad on the side. I'm telling you, this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. I enjoyed it so much, that I returned to try something else from the menu. I had the chicken rice potatoes salad dinner and if definitely didn't disappoint. I will definitely be a returning customer. Great job on the food and thank you to all of the staff. Very friendly and excellent customer service. 👌
