I love this place! I am a longtime Whitby resident. Been coming to PJ’s often in recent years. Michael is the best! Great service, and an awesome sense of humour. Even gives you an old time hockey card for Christmas!

Absolutely horrific service here this morning to the point of my daughter and I walking out. We were seated directly across from the counter and then completely forgotten about. Five other tables came in after us and were all given menus, cutlery and had their orders taken while we sat there with nothing. Both servers looked directly at us and carried amongst their day without care for us at all. This was a very good spot to come that we drove specifically for breakfast, but this will be the last time.

This is a great little spot to grab a Hardy breakfast for a decent price. I thought they'd be a little cheaper because of the location but the portion sizes made up for that. We had pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon. All were great!!!

Found a gem in Whitby as we enjoyed the food, friendly and helpful staff plus the homey atmosphere. We ordered their Spanish omellete, 2 pancakes, and "mix" with 3 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 sausages with home fries. A must try and we definitely be back.

I want you to stop what you’re doing and head over to PJ’s! The best breakfast meal I’ve had in a while. Not only will you get superior customer service from your waitperson, Randi, you will get superior food from the cook. As you can see from the photo, my bf and I had the Combo. The potatoes were superb, the ham and bacon were not salty and the sausage was full of flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the ambience, and Randi! Very lovely lady who gave us prompt and courteous service. I can’t wait to sample the lunch menu. Will definitely be returning to this little gem.

I think I have found my go-to diner for breakfast in Whitby. Tucked away in a strip mall, PJ’s is a small restaurant with super friendly wait staff, fast service, great food and a cozy vibe. I had the breakfast special with 3 eggs, 4 sausages (4 bacon rashes or a slice of thick ham are also choices), home fries with fried onions, rye toast with jam and honey. Tasty, not greasy, and generous portions. Can’t forget the bottomless coffee. Very yummy and so satisfying weekend treat. And the prices are so reasonable. No wonder it’s a local favourite. Will be back!

PJ's is our favourite local diner to grab a hearty meal. Breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day and they always delivery great quality, service at a reasonable price. I always come here on the weekends when I can. Update: Been back many times and it's still as good as the first time. Always friendly service with delicious food
