8.5 out of 5 stars in our pizza geeks rating system! (5 points just for being pizza) The pizza: (based on pepperoni pizza:) Cook: 5/5 Dough: 4/5 Sauce: 4/5 Cheese: 3.0 easy going. Pleasant. Pepperoni: 3.5/5 Hot stuff: 3/5 hot oil yay- but well on the mild side. Form: 1/5 this is unfortunately the lowest marks for this pizza. You need a knife and fork and heavy bend to keep the pizza from wilting. The experience: Pizza oven: 5/5 wood burning oven is centre piece of the experience. Location: 4/5 On lakeshore blvd in mímico. Easy parking right in front of restaurant. Close to parks to go for a nice walk afterwards Decor: 5/5 just about perfect. Nice, chic yet unpretentious. Nice chairs Cleanliness: not a dive. Well kept dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. Music: 5/5 perfect volume for music and great selection Service: 4/5 Sunday night so a one man show running bar and table service. Performed perfectly well. Great service. Not over the top. Final word: lovely place a for a casual pizza experience. Perfect for a family, friends or a first casual date and go for a walk along the lake afterwards. Pizza Geeks: we have enjoyed many pizzas in many restaurants. This grading is quite tough. 8.5 is a high score in our books. The simple questions is: Would we come back to? Hell-Yeah!

We had an amazing meal here with the family! We started with the Calamari Grigliati, and it was cooked perfectly—so tender and full of flavour. For the mains, we went with the Vesuvio Pizza and Orecchiette e Salsiccia Pasta, and both were incredible! The pizza, made by Godvan, had the perfect crust, and the pasta was rich and so satisfying. We finished with the Panna Cotta, and it was the perfect dessert—creamy, light, and delicious. Tabar, our server, was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The food and service were both top-notch. Can’t wait to come back with the family again!

3 of us ordered pizzas, 1 ordered the gnochhi. 2 of the pizzas were brunt from underneath and were extremely salty, the gnocchi was overly salty as well, the third pizza was bland. The server apologized and replaced the pizza for another, free of charge, but the fresh new pizza was also brunt from the bottom and undercooked from the top.

OK so I've experience many wood oven pizzeria's in USA, Mexico, Italia(Napoli, Forcella, Matera, Messina, Catania). When compared to pizza in Italy, Oro di Napoli is 2/10. However when compared to other Pizzeria, in the greater Toronto Area it rates an 6.5/10. The sauce on the Margherita is not San Marzano 100% but rather a passata that's good quality. The cheese not exactly fiore di latte comparable to Italia. Lastly Oro di Napoli on Lakeshore, South Etobicoke are not cooking the pizza properly. The bottom is much too burned. The pizza should have mild black charr on crust and underneath. But here at Oro di Napoli it's a black burn through of the dough entirely. 80% of the pizza has black char burn. I would suggest they use a tray for a better balanced burn underneath. Lastly I noticed the pizza maker scratching his nose and touching his mouth when talking to other employees. He didn't wash his hands and did not use gloves. He also wasn't wearing a chef's hat. I hope they acknowledge this review and exercise better fundamental hygiene practices in their establishment. It appears majority of Oro di Napoli business is take out/ skip the dishes. Therefore the food handling aspect is not realized by surrounding condo dwellers. Unfortunately since I've had much better, I will not be returning to Oro di Napoli of Lakeshore near Parklawn, South Etobicoke.

We came to the place at 7PM to get pizza for dinner (to go order). We were informed by staff members that it takes 15-20 minutes. It was ok for us. We ordered oro pizza to go. We waited outside for the order. When we came in for pick up- one of the staff members said that they didn’t receive our order. We were asked to wait (again) about 10 minutes. We had no choice we already paid. No apologies, no compromise.. It was my first time in your restaurant.. Be more responsible with orders. All the best! P.s pizza is tasty!)

A real neighborhood gem! I haven’t been here for a few years but visited last night after Cirque du Soleil and was reminded how incredible the food is here. I had the Pollo Agli Gnocchi and it was wonderful. I am pleased to see my faves are still on the menu and I definitely won’t be waiting years to come back again.

Vibe was good, servers looked already tired (7pm), i can feel they weren’t happy but this didnt really bother us because the unhappy look wasn’t towards us. Everyone has tiring days it just happened to be both of the servers there looking tired at the same time. Burrata was amazing 🥰 with fresh tomato slices and pesto sauce. Margherita pizza was great but the eggplant pizza was burnt at the bottom that i was only tasting burnt bread…. But they made us another one and the new one was super fresh and fired great! Though, I’m not too sure if the dough was prepared right. Even though they have the brick oven, their pizzas didn’t have the big bubbles on the crust and the center of the circle was too thick. The right Napoli pizza should have moist and thin center so when you lift the slice up the pointy part should hang loose. It was nice to try their pizza though.
