I had Pizzaville once or twice in the past but it never left a memorable impression on me (neither good or bad, it was fine). However we just ordered last night and I was really disappointed. For a frame of reference, I mainly order Pizza from chain places, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Pizza Nova, Papa John's, etc. Right from the moment you open the box, it didn't look visually appealing. We ordered 1 large with pepperoni, and 1 large with half ground beef half sausage. Looked light on the sauce and cheese, and seemed kinda undercooked maybe, it didn't have that kinda golden brown you'd find on the cheese. Taste was bland and dry, and crust was kinda thin. As a side note, I had an upset stomach and went twice after eating this, and again this morning. My friend went twice this morning. We also had wings (not from here, the frozen ones you get from a grocery store) though so I can't really conclusively say that the pizza was the cause but thought I'd bring it up.

Best pizza & customer service I don’t live near, but I wait until Im around. Just let him know how u like your pizza. & he’s happy to give you your pizza how u like it. Delicious Hot and fresh I’ll always be back. Thanks for the water.

From my experience i thought it was amazing! I went with friends to eat there and the pizza was delicious! The pizza was perfectly made, The cheese was stretchy, Crust was crispy and the pizza was very fresh. The staff were very nice and very generous. Highly recomend going there. We lefted a big tip for them and would come agian! Thank you Pizzaville and the staff!

Usually I like to order from this location but because of my experience tonight I might change my mind. First of all, the person who delivered my order had called me to pick it up outside. I live in a condo so what's the point of delivery and service charge? This is not the first time I've had this issue with this location. Luckily the food was fine but just disappointed in the service.

I was recommended this place, when I called, the order was taken as they are doing favor on us. Pizza was very dry, no flavor, sauce did not taste good, chicken was very dry. Was very disappointed, for the price charged including delivery fee & tip on top, it's better to order from fine dining. I believe in supporting local, especially in such time, restaurant should atleast serve good food.

Ordered a pizza and it was subpar. Pizza was not warm, and was also late. Delivery person was not too engaging or nice. However, the weather was gloomy and rainy, and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Still tipped well, and wished him a good day. Overall, subpar from the pizza's I've had from this franchise. May give it another chance in the future.
