Called for a pick up order and said it would be half hour...no problem. Showed up half hour later and place was busy...no problem. Waited another half hour figuring my order would be up soon...nope. Finally asked where my order was and she says "they're about to make it now". I said "don't bother" Last time ordering from there.

Store was well kempt and clean but the pizza was incredibly mediocre. I’m not sure if mine was undercooked but the cheese looked like it was barely melted and had 0 color very little sauce and the cheese and dough were both extremely bland. The young man at the counter however was proffesional and had good service

When we are in the Bowmanville area and are wanting pizza, this is our usual go to place. The pizza is always excellent and the rice balls are delicious. The toppings are generous and always fresh however the pepperoni is a little spicier than most places but still very tasty. The last time we went, we did ask for our toppings to be put on top of our cheese because that's how we like them and they didn't do it so that was a little disappointing and surprising because they are normally always on top of what the customer wants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and it's very clean. The prices are decent especially if you get pick up specials. I will keep going back!

I ordered the online special large pizza, one topping with 8 chicken poppers. It was made fresh on time and the girl working the cash was super polite. I'm very happy with the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service. Thank you.

Pizzaville is absolutely amazing! Their pizza is seriously top-notch, with the freshest ingredients and flavors that will blow your mind. And let me tell you, their customer service is outstanding. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. If you're a pizza lover like me, Pizzaville is a definite must-try. You won't be disappointed!

Always great service at this location and this ain't a shot at this location but more so the brand. The pizza is what I would call last resort pizza. It's never great by any means and not the worst pizza out there either. The flavors leave alot to be desired and the sauce is always skimpy. Slice wise they are on the smaller size as well.

It's alright. The guy is friendly, the price is good, and the taste of a slice is ok. I'm sure a fresh pizza tastes better.
