Great little location, the staff had everything ready for pickup on time and everyone enjoyed the food. Friendly and helpful staff even helped to carry food to the vehicle.

ATTN: New Owners. Quality isn't there. No consistency. Right now I have indigestion, I very rarely have these issues. Sauce tasted different last night. Are they taking shortcuts? Tastes like it! Worst I've had in a long time. Ordered here for decades!

Time after time continues to disappoint. Almost everytime I’ve ordered a pizza from this location, it is ALWAYS burnt at the bottom. This time I specifically asked to make sure that they don’t overcook the pizza. They had ample amount of time to prepare the food so it doesn’t come out burnt, yet it still came out terrible. They did not even seem to at busy either, by the looks of it, there were barely any orders. So disappointed.

We went to this location for the first time this past weekend as we were visiting Aurora. We were greeted by this amazing lady who had very good customer service etiquette. She was very patient with us as we are picky eaters which gave us a "homemade meal" feeling. The pizza tasted amazing and the two of us finished this tasty large pizza in minutes. Will definitely be visiting again, thank you for amazing service!!! For those of you wondering, we got artichokes, roasted red peppers, pineapple and mushrooms on our pizza - delicious combo!!

This pizzaville used to be excellent with the previous owner, he was the same guy since I was in HS. Recently went there to pick up dinner and it was a horrible experience. 1. We ordered online for pickup and it said 20min, we got there and had to wait an additional 25min, as we got there we saw them starting to make our order. The place was full of customers all waiting as well, there were tickets all over the counter of backed up orders. 2. Got home and our deluxe pizza was wrong, it was somebody else's pizza, had to go back. Our pizza was there but there was no sticker seals on the boxes (except for 1) so we don't know if someone else had that pizza. 3. Pizzas were made sloppy, toppings uneven. Our Hawaiian had a slice that had no toppings at all on it! Pizzaville used to be my go-to pizza place in Aurora, might have to go down the road to Pizza Nova from now on.

I have been visiting pizzaville aurora for a long time now, and the quality of pizzas is top-notch. Pizzaville is still making pizzas in an authentic way. These stone baked pizzas bring different textures, smells, and crispness, which make the taste of pizza to different levels. Moreover, pizzaville aurora is committed to its excellent customer service & hygiene. Overall, it's the best place to have pizza. Definitely Recommend 💯 👍🏻
