Can staff please wear gloves so veggie and cheese options are not cross contaminated? You see the staff making pizzas touching all the meat and then using the same hands not washed to touch the cheese again.. please wear gloves or wash hands

The restaurant had zero customers when I walked in and the tables were filthy. I ordered only bread sticks for takeout, but somehow it took 30 minutes to be ready. After 20 mins of waiting for my food, I politely asked the staff about the wait time but they were extremely rude. They did not apologize for the food being late either. I will never order from here again!

I have never left a negative review before but the service we received at this restaurant was reprehensible. We bought two slices of pizza and a water and one of us used the washroom. After a few minutes the owner started berating our group saying that the one of us in the washroom was taking too long and that it was “meant only for pee and not poo”. As a paying customer to be told that washroom restriction is one of the craziest things I have ever heard. When the one of us in the washroom left the washroom the owner then started to yell at her and told us to leave the restaurant (where we bought food). We left our food behind in disgust. This was the most shocking and appalling behaviour I have ever witnessed in a restaurant and left the other customers in the store visibly stunned. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this location at all costs.

Go to spot after visiting the AGO. The Bianca pizza is the specialty, they prepare it fresh in 8 minutes after order. The interior decor is excellent and is pretty clean, but there was some pizza sauce that was left on the table when we came😔...

Amazing pizza! Delicious and affordable. The decor is not great, but the service and the food are awesome. I will be back, especially next time I'm at the AGO.

Really awful experience. I ordered a pizza I always get, but this time it was missing cheese and looking overall really different/disgusting. Look at this. Would the cook even eat it? I tried but it tasted stale. I paid 20$ including delivery. When I calmly call the restaurant to let them know they got my order wrong, the man was INCREDIBLY RUDE & AGGRESSIVE. That is not how you speak to clients, especially returning clients. Never coming back, you just lost a faithful client.

2022 September 3.5★ Pizza slice $5 Pizza slice with drink $6 Pretty good pizza. Crispy dough with a nice amount of toppings. A fair amount of tables inside with Staff eager to help take your order. Open late. Good dining option for night owls.

I visited this place twice during my stay in Toronto. During my first visit, I had a slice of their vegan pizza. During the second, I had a vegetarian one. I enjoyed both the slices a lot. Their service was good and my order was served fast. I really liked the Scarface poster on their wall. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's looking to try some delicious pizzas.
