Staff unprofessional they don't want to me use the washroom, said it's only for coustomer...very shame of you guys. He don't know why I am here? For your knowledge I am here for dine-in. Plz change your staff it's a humble request 🙏 . Or I never came back. Coustomer is like a God, they pay here money n eat food. I am also here for do same but first i wash my hands but your staff don't allow. Don't, Don't, Don't misbehaving with coustomers.

This place is great when you’re grabbing a late dinner. They usually will have a variety of slices to choose from. I just wish they’d heat the slices up a bit longer. Also asking for a tip on the machine is a bit annoying, I realize everywhere does this now. The medium size pepperoni carry out is also a great deal. Service and food is always good and the location is very convenient.

The pizza was undercooked, had to recook once I got back and reheat even though I’m only 5 mins walk away. I’d recommend asking them to cook the pizza well done. The only positive was toppings were fresh.

Update May 26: went back today, pizza was still not put in the oven long enough. Was cold after my 2 minutes walk back to my desk (Pizza Pizza is normally still hot when I get back) and my Sofia slice had black olives in it for some reason I like this spot for the most part - everyone seems friendly, and service is pretty good. Good selection of drinks, I like the outdoor seating, and they're always quick to take an order. Pizza is great overall, but the employees don't put the slice in the oven long enough. I've gotten a few slices now that aren't even warm, which is a shame because the pizza itself it great!

I just discovered this place 😍 and I love it. They have amazing quality pizza and even more amazing service. I have ordered 2 pizzas here in the span of 3 weeks and both times the service from start to finish was great. Also love the open kitchen that is super clean. Please try their signature pizzas the toni roni is really good and the honey heat 🍕 is 🤤

Bought the pizza literally in the last hour. And boy the standards have fell miserably ! I always eat pizzaiolo pizzas and the pizza I got today was horrible! It was so thin which isn’t usually the case ! The base is never this thin. Plus lousy, uneven cut pieces and so much oil 🙄 The guy making the pizza definitely needs to do better! Never had this horrible experience at any Pizzaiolo outlet. Wasted my money.

Is this a margherita pizza? Four pieces of basil? Would have tasted better were it not mainly cheese. To address the owner's comment: first image is what I received, the second image is what is advertised on the website. I suggest not to be condescending to your customers.
