Amazing pizza, fresh, not expensive, for one big slice only $5 and they cut it up so you have 2. Honestly best pizza in my area, definitely worth trying if you haven’t

We love this location. Always fast, friendly service and the pizza never disappoints. Bonus? Prices are very fair considering what you get and what you’d pay elsewhere. Give them a try!

Great customer service, great food. I work close by and grab pizza a few times a week and it's a great atmosphere, with great service and great food. Highly recommend for anyone hungry for a slice.

The Nepalese guy working there is very disrespectful. We wanted a normal XL cheese pizza and he gave us a price of 35 CAD. Then when we objected, he lowered the price to 20 CAD. Their pizzas are not good at all. If you are going to go, I recommend you to bargain. All the prices you see are higher than normal.

Because I live close by I had an opportunity to visit this store in Markland Wood Plaza almost every week and was very impressed by everything including friendly staff, store is spick and span very clean and needless to say Pizza is very delicious and fresh even when I try individual slices. Especially very impressed by warm welcome and excellent service by one of your staff members Utkrist, he always explains me in details about ingredients in Pizza. He is simply amazing person and I would recommend him to be a manager with his unique qualities dealing with customers. He is a people person & very friendly & professional. I rate this store 5 star.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Every time I place an order with this store I have an issue. They often say my order will be ready at a certain time for pick up and I show up after the designated time and I still have to wait 10-15 minutes, or they’ve completely forgotten to even start my order. I ordered for delivery and it took an hour for the pizza to show up, and when it did they forgot my drinks and dips that I ordered . It took them 30 minutes to bring them back again - the store is 7 minutes from my house. When I called and asked he said they have other orders, so I wasn’t a priority - probably cause they already had my money. When I informed him the pizza was undercooked over the phone he interrupted me and told me he cooked the pizza and it’s cooked perfectly. Even when I told him the top dough was gummy and doughy he kept interrupting me and talking over me telling me I was wrong. Initially they offered me a $10 credit for forgetting the drinks and dips. Then called back to tell me the drinks and dips were free and I didn’t pay for them so he couldn’t give me a credit he could only give me dips or drinks…… if you order a combo at Harvey’s it’s comes with a drink, a side and a burger. Nothing is free. The special I ordered came with drinks and dips. I paid for them, they weren’t free. I had the delivery driver take a photo of the pizza and showed him that the top of the dough was gummy and undercooked. He told me they only cook the bottom of the pizza….. so because the bottom was brown it was cooked. I told him if the outside of a chicken is brown it doesn’t mean the inside is cooked Al the way through…..it can still be raw on the inside, like the pizza dough. He also told me since I ordered extra sauce and red peppers that they have extra moisture and that’s why it’s cooked like that. But that the gummy dough is standard and perfectly cooked pizza. I told them that if I ordered extra sauce pizza with toppings that affect the cook of the pizza, it’s up to them, the pizza makers to ensure the pizza is cooked properly. This store needs new management and staff and better training for employees on customer service and just how to properly cook pizza and run a store. they’re always rude and telling me I’m wrong and making excuses when they continuously and consistently make mistakes and never offering to make it up in any way. I always have to ask for something from them, they never try to make it better. I’ve never had so many issues with a Pizzaiolo or any restaurant for that matter. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Literally any other location is better.

This has to be the most slimy pizza I’ve had in my life. Actually gross. Not cooked well. I even put it back in the oven and it was still gross. 🤮 What happened here? It’s not easy to mess up pizza. You guys are usually good but this was terrible.

As a longterm avid fan of Pizzaiolo pizzas, I would absolutely not recommend this location after my most recent experience. Go anywhere else as the customer service is completely unacceptable and there is zero accountability for errors. I paid $44 for an XL pizza for a party I was attending. Upon getting to my destination one of the guests asked why the pizza didn't have feta like usual. I thought maybe I made a mistake when ordering, but when I checked my order confirmation it was listed in the toppings. I called this location to let them know they missed an ingredient. I'm paying nearly $4 for every ingredient so I might as well be reimbursed. The gentleman on the line told me that his staff absolutely added feta to the pizza. I was taken aback. I see my pizza and there is no feta on it. They then tell me "well since you "BELIEVE" there is no feta on your pizza, I can offer you a free dipping sauce next time." A $1.15 dipping sauce for missing $3.79 in ingredient? I'm sorry, but I told this gentleman this was an unacceptable solution. I don't ever get dipping sauces with my pizza. I wanted at least some form of discount. He said he is not qualified to give discounts, he'll talk to his supervisor and call me back. He calls me back after five minutes and starts with 'there was definitely feta on your pizza. It's just melted so you can't tell." This is absolutely absurd behavior. You're going to gaslight your customers?! I got upset and said I know what feta looks and tastes like on a pizza. I know there is none on my pizza. And he said he can give me a discount. I ask what confirmation can I get that he's not just saying that. He told me his manager will call me back on Monday. It's Tuesday. No phone call. This is absolutely not the way to handle customers or run a business. This is blatant disrespect and it's ruined my opinion of this establishment.
