Worst pizza ! look at the toppings and worst customer service. Rude answers received from staffs .

If I could give zero stars for this review, then I surely would! First off, the pizza arrived one hour late because when I phoned after being 15 minutes late, I was informed that they had burned our pizzas and had to make new ones as a result. How do you mess up a pizza? And to add, they probably would never taken the initiative to phone me: I had to call. Anyways, the pizza finally arrives and all of us found that the spread of the ingredients on the two pizzas we had ordered were rather skimpy at best. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid this location. Not sure what their trouble is providing proper customer service and food but save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

If I could give this place 0 I would. Both times we ordered or had a slice my daughter and I got sick. The slices just sit out there for days and are not fresh at all. They are stingy with toppings and the Persian management are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. If you walk in they will just stare at you uncomfortably instead of smiling, saying hi, or asking you what you want. It’s also impossible to know who is in charge - it’s a motley crew of old, middle aged, young and it’s hard to know who is serving you. They always argue inappropriately in front of customers like a badly owned family business. Ultimately, let’s face it, there is a reason the place is almost always empty when you walk by. This is easily the worst managed Pizzaiolo in the city. The ones downtown are much better. Go elsewhere to order or get a slice. There are much better, cleaner, and more welcoming options in the neighbourhood.

I want to start off this review by saying that I have been going to this location for Pizza exclusively whenever I had a craving. I feel the staff does a generally good job. The restaurant is normally clean and while the quality of the ready-made slices could be better, the quality of the fresh pizzas was normally fantastic. My last two purchases from this location have left much to be desired, especially my last purchase today. I am not one to leave reviews but this was honestly frustrating and I just hope that leaving this review means something to the business owners. I walked in today requesting a two topping large pizza special. I told the man taking my order that I wanted double sausage as my topping. He looked at me, said "just two orders of sausage?", I said yes and then he charged me for the special. With tip it was just shy of $20.00. I am not going to argue that the quality of the pizza was lacking. I found the pizza to be very tasty. It was fresh, the quality of the ingredients were good, and overall it was enjoyable. What caused me to write this review was the toppings. Two weeks ago I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and when I opened the box, I had to do a double take because I thought they gave me a single pepperoni. Some slices had two bits of sausage, some had zero. Most had one. One bit of sausage seems like such a grotesque undercut on a standard order. I don't want to enforce my own bias but I would trust that visually, I would be seeing at least one bit of sausage on every piece at a minimum. My baseline expectation would be two. I figured this was a bad day and enjoyed the pizza as it was. I went back today and ordered a double sausage and was given the photos attached to this review. To drive my point home, I literally counted the sausage bits on this pizza. There are 24 pieces. On a 10 slice pizza I am getting 2.4 pieces per slice on a double order. This would lead me to believe that I would get just over one piece of sausage per slice on a regular order. That is genuinely unacceptable for a pizza place that charges premium prices. I would expect that a regular order would have at least two pieces per slice, and a double would have between 3-4. To be on the lower end of 2 per slice is insulting for a double. Some of the slices photographed literally look like cheese pizza. Overall, I enjoy the product that comes from this location but the fact is, the quality has changed. They used to be much more generous before but more recently, both myself and my roommate have noticed the quantity of the toppings is severely lacking. I do not wish for the owner to offer me any sort of coupon or refund. I will continue to go to this location when I am craving pizza, however, if the scarceness of the toppings does not improve I'd be better going to Pizza Pizza down the street because at least they wont charge me twice the price for half the toppings.

Worst pizza ever. How disgusting. Paid $40 for a party size pizza and this is what I'm suppose to serve to guests? 🤢 Pizza Pizza is much better than this. They legit took a small pan pizza and stretched out till it was thin as paper. This establishment should be embarrassed. The lady was also really rude and unwelcoming. She threw the receipt at me, probably because I didn't leave a tip, and thank God I didn't. Not only did I pick up my food it was also shameful looking. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in terms of quality and how I was treated.

Probably my favourite Pizzaiolo location in Toronto; they're the only ones that don't skimp out on the toppings, the dough is always cooked to perfection and the staff is extremely kind and hard working! If you're not buying your pizza exclusively from them you're doing it wrong 😉

I ordered a slice of their Sicilian pizza, it was very delicious and crispy. Loved that there was a patio to sit. A slice was $6 which was pretty average. Ordering process and customer service was great at the counter, but the atmosphere threw me off as I felt watched by the workers. Other than the hilarious and eerie feeling, the food was great!
