Amazing pizzas. Generous with the toppings. The Bianca is my favourite. Only complaint is, almost every time we order a wholewheat pizza, it shows up as regular crust. I've tried a few times to ensure the person taking my order repeats the full order back to me, but somehow even this doesn't work. Pizza is still delicious though.

We visited this store in September as it was one of the only places open late that had gluten free options. We ordered the gluten free “Sweetie Pie” pizza and I communicate my dietary restrictions upon ordering. After it came out of the oven, the staff person grabbed a used pizza cutter (with the dough and cheese from another order still stuck to it!) to slice our pizza. I quickly stepped in to stop them and explained the problem, but they should be aware of blatant cross-contamination like that. Especially as gluten free pizzas are charged an extra $5. If I had trusted the staff and the “no gluten in this box!” packaging, I would have been extremely ill. Proceed with caution.

I have been ordering from this location for a while now. The pizza is nothing special, but it is good for mid-week supper. Last night I ordered a medium (very small for a medium, but that’s for another time) pizza with pepp, extra cheese, and mushrooms. I got home and couldn’t find the mushrooms except for a few dark flecks of something that resembled bits of mushroom. We certainly could not taste it. This was a new low in shrinkflation – $20 for a very small pizza with 3 toppings and one was scarcely discernible! I want to support local businesses, but only if they provide quality food and don’t skimp!

1st time ever going to this pizza chain, no other customers were present. I was ignored by both staff that were there. I waited and stared right at them for good 5 mins. I wasn't rude or anything. It was like I was a ghost, I didn't even exist they didn't even acknowledge my presences. I will never know what this pizza tastes like... And now I never want to. If I can give a 0 I would... Do better.

I've been a long time supporter of Pizzaiolo, especially in this location where I grew up. For a chain, I think they make a pretty awesome pizza! However, I'm writing this review because the Roncesvalles location customer service has gone downhill, even down right rude. Here are the details: 1. Staff member squatting and smoking in front of the establishment with a sour look on his face. Big turn off. 2. Then, he goes into the establishment, doesn't wash his hands, and spits in the sink. Disgusting. Tobacco spit in the sink! 3. Rolls his eyes when we haven't decided our order. (There was no line up by the way, and we were only there for like 3-5 min) 4. I was with my godson who is from America, he had only USD. So I ask him, can we give you USD? He says yes. I say, so you take USD transactions, that's cool? He says, yes. 5. We order the pizza, go to pay, and he doesn't want to convert the money. I do the conversion for him, giving him an extra $2.00 for the conversion, and says no and waves his hand, as if to say, no go away. Very nasty person manning the cash at this location. My previous experiences with him were the same however, this experience made me fed up. Also one time, a homeless man came in with a few cents short of pizza and he arrogantly waved him off and told him to get out--very heartless guy. I gave him the extra change and said, one day, you'll need a favour. Sure you don't have to serve him, but at least send him away with his dignity. Word of advice to the management of Pizaiolo, always have a nice smile at the cash, it frames your experience. I've stopped going to this location because he's usually there. Other ppl I know also don't have a good impression of this worker.

How on earth the pizza look like this??? Especially the customer service oh man oh man the worst I could ever see being in Canada. No greetings no help to get an idea what should we order! Better choose any other place around the area rather than this!!!!

Utterly discussed by the works here. Not only was the lady taking the order unfriendly. She had a deplorable vibe. The pizza we bought was completely burnt at the bottom. The women cooking the pizza all have long hair, and should be wearing a hairnet of some sort. The guy working there came back from break after being on his phone, handle the pizza without washing his hands. I wont be supporting this location any longer. To the owner of the business; i highly suggest hiring new people.

RESPECT THE PIZZA ! During one of the casual strolls & explorations of this dream town, came across this Pizza joint near the Dundas West Station. " Respect the Pizza " ~ the tagline is something that caught my eye. They do have a vibrant options of slices. I went with the gourmet slice and 355 ml drink (pop can) combo. They come for $6.49 plus tax to a total of CAD $7.33 There is a wide variety of vegan / vegetarian & gluten free options in addition to tasty non veg options too. For the slice option, I went with the staff pick ' Honey Heat ' pizza slice. If you have a decent tolerance to spice & if you are a non vegetarian, Honey Heat would be my suggestion. The pop options include Coke, Sprite, Ginger ale, Fanta, Diet Coke, Sparkling and bottled drinks too. The place is not wheelchair accessible & can get crowded quite fast especially if you are looking for dine in. But they do offer two restrooms for the customers
