I just came to buy pizza and the worker was mopping the floors without any warning sign, spent the entire experience making sure I didn't slip only to almost fall and hurt myself near the entrance on my way out. These guys need to stop mopping while customers are ordering or they can face a lawsuit. It's a safety issue, seriously.

Overall this place was a great lunch spot in Downtown Toronto. I definitely recommend to anyone coming down to the city to try this specific Pizzaiolo location. I tried the other location in Downtown as well but it does not compare at all to this specific location. The environment and the overall customer service was great. Food was freshly done and it is definitely my go-to spot for pizza. The manager Kumar greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude. His overall customer service skills are great and is prime example to how a manager should run their store. I would definitely come here again!

Mahi and Arif are incredibly kind and respectful. They extend a warm greetings to customers and pay close attention to their orders. The atmosphere and location are ideal for me, and I am really happy with the pizzas there. I suggest Honey Heat pizzas; its my favourite. It's usually busy in the afternoons.

I ordered online and selected to pay at the door. They then called me and told me I had to give them my credit card over the phone or they wouldn’t deliver the pizza, which was very uncomfortable. Finally, they left the pizza in the lobby of my building without calling to let me know, which I had requested. My food is now cold and ruined. I will never order from this location again and suggest everyone does the same.

I came to this Pizzaiolo for more than 50 times. Today when I told the staff I have an online order of meat lover, he ignored me arrogantly. I stood at the reception and waited there for 1 minute and that staff finally talked to me with arrogant attitude. After he brought the pizza from kitchen, he threw it at the table, saying nothing and directly turned his head to another person. At this moment I was really shocked, I've never seen such rude staff in Pizzaiolo. I did nothing wrong to him. I will definitely never come to this restaurant again. It's a really disgusting experience.

Value for what you get is worth it. We had by the slice Hawaiian and pepperoni. All the tables were dirty though.

My boyfriend and I ordered a large pizza at 7:20 pm on Thursday, February 8th. We waited for over 45 minutes to get our pizza, while other Pizziolo locations usually make pizzas in 20-25 minutes. We had a show to get to for 8:00 pm and when it was getting to 35-40 minutes of waiting my boyfriend asked if we could get a refund so we could make it on time but the worker refused to refund us or apologize for the delay. He even lied that he had told us it would take 20-30 minutes (certainly never said 40+). When we finally got our pizza at 8:10 pm, it was soggy with everything falling right off it. They also forgot to add the garlic and oregano that we had asked for. Overall terrible customer service and lower quality pizza compared to other locations I’ve been too.
