Time to find a new pizza place.Last 2 orders were delivered late and cold, called them to complain and appears they are too busy to care or take ownership.

Big selection of pizzas, however the slices available aren't always the freshest. Staff are not the most attentive. Rather go to other pizza options in this area.

Writing this review as I’m eating the slice for the most accurate take. Asked the worker for their most popular slice and went with the hot honey. The short version: 7.8/10, it’s a solid slice. Good balance of sweet and spicy with the honey. Not sure if this is just the style of hot honey pizza, but the amount of oil on it was way too much for me. It didn’t taste super fresh either. Nothing to rave about, but it gets the job done. If this place and Domino’s were the same distance from my home, I’m choosing Domino’s 9/10 times.

Typically a huge fan, often eat at the St. Clair W - pizza here was comparible but customer service was not. Pretending your washroom is "out of service" because of the Ukrainian festival traffic is really petty. You're legally required to provide washroom access to customers in a sit down environment. You also benefit a ton from the additional foot traffic in the neighborhood for three days so it would be nice of you to support the festival and community. No washroom was a big inconvenience to a few families with small children, and a senior citizen with mobility issues as well. And please don't say it really was out of service - two restaurants right near you had the same sign up - so would be quite the coincidence!

I ordered pizza here and it was just nasty. It was clearly a rushed job. It was saturated with oil, so much so it seeped into the box, the pizza lost its shape and was curling because it was that soggy. The toppings were sliding off, it wasn’t even settled onto the pizza. It also looked like they just threw the toppings onto it. My nieces who love pizza, couldn’t finish their slices. Left a bad taste and upset stomach. It was just dirty and $50 down the drain. We even called to ask what went wrong and they just doubted us and said “The pizza was good”. I recommend people open your pizza box and inspect it before leaving. I feel we got scammed.

Staff were more interested to conversing with each other. My slice was thrown in the oven for like 15 seconds. I miss when the original people ran it. They cared more.

Ordered the Godfather (Extra Thick Crust) pizza through UberEats. Pizza came with thin crust. Restaurant said it was my fault because I didn't pay the "Deep Dish" $3 customization. Told them there is no option to customize to deep dish because it is already an extra thick crust pizza. No apology, no response to my email to customer service. Thankfully UberEats made it right. Never ordering from this place again. Would not recommend.

$57 for an XL 4 topping, Panzerotti and dips. Wanted to treat my new-comer to Canada relatives to our best pizza. I was absolutely shocked. Was this done on purpose? There is no way someone at a Pizza shop can make a pizza worse than frozen delisio. I created a mediterennean with sundried tomato, olives, broccoli and feta. What I received was olives and feta. There was a total of a head of soggy broccoli. The first layer of cheese was nearly non existent. To top it off? The whole bottom layer was waaaaay overcooked. It was like chewing on shards of plastic. I could have gone to Pizza Pizza and gotten the same for $28 all in... with a consumable Pizza at that. Apparently their customer service doesn't exist outside of an email ticket. I can't even ask for a refund / credit. The panzerotti was great though lol. Pizza went to the dogs. I'm really upset and want my money back our of principle. This was like a Flippin violation for the price.
