Amazing service. I ordered two slices, they got burnt when they heated them up for me, they apologized, refunded my money and gave me four freshly made slices instead of the original two. I wasn't even in a rush or anything. And the pizza was good, I really liked the spinach pizza. I'll definitely come back.

I love Pizzaiolo ! I pick up a slice to go at this store and really disappointed with the quality of pizza. I always have this pizza at my work downtown along Yonge street, thinking they’re all the same quality but it’s not. My favorite is the Godfather but they have none or didn’t make any so I got the Hawaiian, got home and reheated the pizza and the dough texture was like rubbery, it just wasn’t fresh that I got. Maybe just the one that I chose.🤷‍♂️

I wish I could rate this store 0 star. I ordered a margherita pizza from Pizzaiolo for dinner tonight, and the food quality truly shocked me. What kind of restaurant would even sell an over-baked pizza to customers? I guess the management there must be slothful if they can’t even provide proper training to their pizza makers. Anyway, Pizzaiolo’s pizza would hurt your jaw and teeth if you don’t mind buying a rock-hard, over-baked pizza. I wouldn’t recommend their pizza to others. Save your money!

Since I’m a vegetarian, they have good vegetarian option, I loved the spinach thin crust pizza. Wanted to add one thing more about staff, they are nice, friendly and take care of your considerations :)

Best. Pizza. Ever. You heard me! I am honestly very happy with this place. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the place feels Italian. There are many interesting combinations, including the ones you can create yourself by choosing toppings, sizes, etc. It didn’t take long, around 15-17 minutes to get the order, and you can see the entire time how the pizza is getting cooked. The taste is great; you can really feel the crunch and every topping (especially the organic mushrooms and olives). I wish this place the best and definitely advise everyone to visit at least once in their life.

I had 2 pizzas, one was a capone. It was missing the chicken. Ingredients from the website are Oven-Roasted Chicken Breast, Organic Fresh Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Parmigiano Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and Pesto Sauce (Nut Free). See photo. Top is the Capone, you can see the mushrooms and the red peppers, but no chicken anywhere. I noticed after I had eaten 3 slices and was putting the pizza away so there is a Godfather in the same box. Edit: For transparency, I've edited my review and put my changes below. I reached out to the support line as they mentioned below, they offered replacement value in the form of credit for the pizza without chicken. I have not yet ordered a replacement but have changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Ordered the Sicilian. The ingredients were fresh. It was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft inside. The bacon and the sausage were tasty. The onoins were chewy. The cheese and sauce were fine. The middle portion was slightly too salty. The service was good.

It's a friendly and higher end pizza establishment. They're well known for their vegetarian and gourmet pizzas and the establishment is clean with ample parking. They have gluten free and vegan pizzas. The prices are a bit higher than the franchise pizza places but they're not too expensive. You can get a large specialty pizza in the $20 range. There is a TV on for you to view and 6 two person tables. All in all a great pizza establishment.
