Fantastic pizza, really nice staff, great delivery, hardly any wait time. We order at least once a week. Extremely tasty and fresh ingredients, love this place

I've heard nothing but great things about this establishment. We decided to give them a try last night. The restaurant itself is large and bright. There's seating available. The menu has a wide variety of specialty pizzas to choose from. Several with hot honey which is something I love. We chose the Honey Jalapeno and the Gianni Ola. The Honey Jalapeno actually had some kick to it . Which was pleasant. The Gianna Ola was a good flavor and the bacon was real full pieces and cooked perfectly. I'm taking a star away for the price point. I know pizza has gonna up quite a bit in the last few years. But two medium pizzas for pick up came to $46.79 Pretty much $50 for two medium pizzas is definitely a high price. They were good but I've had comparable pizza for cheaper. Will I be back? Absolutely; when they have a deal available.

Disappointed is the best word to describe this pizza. I asked for extra sauce, and it was still bone dry; but the crust was soggy and limp. It is so bland, I feel like I'm eating wet cardboard with no flavor. . Times are too expensive to spend 40 dollars on food that sucks. I should have listened to the bad reviews.

absolutely love this place!! my boyfriend and i always love visiting pizzaiolo locations in toronto, and were excited to see its in a city closer to us. every time we go, the pizza is hot, fresh, and delicious! the staff working are also very kind and and friendly :) definitely our favourite pizza spot!

Their website was easy to use and their delivery service was fast. The pizza on the other hand was not great. The crust was thick and chewy. There was hardly any cheese or sauce which is likely why the pepperoni kept falling off when I picked up a slice. Doubt I'll be returning, it's definitely not worth the price.

I had their slice before and was amazing however ordering full pizzas fell a tad short imo one of the pizzas seem like they really skimmed on the cheese but their slices were great. I think it’s just because they are new hoping they will sort the quality out…based on the slice I had before of the hot honey one and the customer service 4/5 ⭐️

I was excited to see that a Pizzaiolo was opening in Oshawa/Whitby. Unfortunately my first experience ordering it did not go well. I was trying order online but this location was not added on the website, so I decided to call the location. When I called the person that had picked up only said hello and we stayed silent until I said is this Pizzaiolo. We continued my orders, the person for some reason had difficulty hearing me and I asked if I can get the XL two topping special and if it can be ready by 7:30 for pick up and I had called at 6:10. When I picked up and brought it home it was cold and looked like it had been ready for a while. I was not satisfied and it's unfortunate because I always recommend Pizzaiolo since I always order from there when I got to Toronto. Other then that the pizza was good after heating it up.

Delicious pizza like usual! I was counting down the days were we would see a Pizzaiolo in Durham. Pat the company founder gave me a rain cheque on the free pizza which he didn’t need to do. Keep the great work guys!
