Ordered pick up for 11:30. Store opens at 11. They didn’t start making the pizzas until 11:30. They were in no rush. Not apologetic. Did not care that they were 15 mins late making pizza that had been ordered the day before. I needed the food for a specific time, which is why I ordered in advance for that time. The time was important. Will be ordering delivery from the location 20 mins away next time.

Nobody (customers) in store, 2 ppl standing there on their phones, I waited until he was finished doing whatever!!. 6 tables, all dirty as is the floor. Sad presentation but the pizza is usually good. Only reason I come because, it’s always dirty here

Gross, disgusting pizza. Greasy and undercooked. Never going back. For a place that advertises itself as "gourmet," the pepperoni pizza was not even close. Should have gone with my gut and walked out when I saw that the chefs don't wear hairnets. Not good. Go to Great Canadian on the opposite corner. The only reason I went here in the first place was that GC was closed!

No idea how this place got so well rated. This location is junk. Got a regular slice and it's the most generic pizza ever. I should've gotten a frozen McCain microwave one from the grocery store .. seriously it's that basic.

Ordered from the Port Credit/Lakeshore location. This is usually my favourite pizza delivery but the last two times haven’t been very good. Last time I ordered the bacon on the pizza was barely cooked and they sent me a Caesar salad with no dressing, and the delivery guy had no change. I decided at the time it was just a bad night. Tonight the bacon on my pizza was the same, each piece was about an inch wide and barely cooked which really isn’t a good bite. The other issue is if you have delivery services and you allow that delivery person to go out and he doesn’t have ANY change for cash on him then that’s a disservice to the customer. The person that delivered today had no cash/change on him, if you don’t want people to pay cash then don’t offer it otherwise it’s ridiculous for them not to have at least $40 in change. Not everyone pays with a card and I wasn’t asked on the phone how I would be paying, so they should be prepared for all payment types.

Pizzaiolo exceeded my expectations on every front, making it a standout choice for pizza lovers. The restaurant itself is impeccably clean, and the customer service was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of pizza slice options, all freshly made and ready to enjoy. I opted for the Canadian slice with a dip for around $8, and it was worth every penny. The slice was generously sized and packed with flavor, easily one of the best I've ever had. With such a positive first impression, I’m definitely planning to come back and order a full pizza next time. If you're looking for quality pizza and excellent service, Pizzaiolo is the place to go. Horrible experience here today. We always order from Pizziolo, but the one in LongBranch. This time we were in Mississauga so decided to pickup from here. We ordered two pizzas, both with extra sauce. One of them had lots of sauce, the other one, no sauce at all! I called to ask about this, and the employee on the other end got mad at me, saying he 100% put sauce on the pizza, and that he made it himself, and that I don’t know what I’m talking about… How is that appropriate service?! Check the photo yourself, do you see any sauce on that pizza? Cause I don’t… It’s dryer than dessert. Horrible service, and incredibly rude. Will not return. If a manager is reading this, I hope you reach out to me.

Pizziaolo is awesome in general and this particular one is great. They have yummy gluten free and vegan options for pizza. Got the cauliflower crust w Diana toppings and a little goat cheese. 2nd time in 2 weeks and we'll be back again!
