They don't offer quarter topping pizza, but we requested it to be make with four quarters, and the staff did an amazing job. We loved the pizza!

Placed an order online to pick up. They forgot to make the order. When I walked in they said they forgot to make it then after waiting over 40 min after being told it was a 15 min wait they didn’t want to give a discount. They then claimed the printer wasn’t working so now all of a sudden the story changed. Don’t waste your time the pizza isn’t even that good.

It's cool that Pizzaiolo is in Hamilton, but I didn't feel the pizza lived up to the same quality as the ones I've had in Toronto or Port Credit Mississauga. I agree with another review that the pizza did feel a bit too greasy.

Ordered pizza last night for the family dinner food was so good and tasty. quick service, very nice staff. definitely gonna order again. highly recommended!

Ordered 2 pizzas. The hawaiian pizza looked like it had chunks of blubber on it instead of bacon. The pepperoni pizza's tasted doughy. Customer service non-existent. Won't be back for over-priced and underwhelming pizza.

Great pizza at an ok price, and at a great spot on Locke. Atmosphere rated 4 since there's really no sitting space, so it's a grab and go situation. Service is good too. Pizza crust and overall quality I found excellent for my taste. Thumbs 👍 up overall

Do not press order online when googling this place. It will take you to the door dash menu unbeknownst to myself. The menu doesn't include an option for mozzarella cheese. Despite being aware of the issue when I called the restaurant they said it was a problem with door dash and that they couldn't do anything about it. Not good customer service in my opinion because now I have paid a ridiculous price for two pizzas that had no cheese. It seems to me that if the restaurant is aware this is an issue they would want to rectify it with door dash or continue to have customer complaints.
