Hello, your staff needs more training upon how to treat customers. I apologize for the inconvenience. The staff in the kitchen lacks customer communication skills. I ordered a pizza at 10:30, and it's now 11:45. Waiting outside for this long is frustrating. The girl at the counter is rude in her communication, and this has been an issue at both your locations. Last week, I had a similar experience at the Jane St. location with the same girl. I won't be returning to your shop ever again due to these recurring problems.

Bad location. Renovations and loud music. Pizza not cooked. Very thick. Wings were ok but loaded with sauce. She charges me extra cause I used debit. It was almost 30. Give me a break. Sorry but won't go back.

At first I liked it here. But now the chicken wings is not fresh. It has a smell and taste. You can see it on the bone on how dark it was. The sauce are good and its cripy bit it cannot cover the smell and taste. At first I let it go and just throw my chicken wings because i do not have time to come back. Now that I ordered again I even told them my last experience and they assured that its a fresh and frozen wings so I ordered again. But its all the same and the lady im talking to hanged up on me.

Pizza is great how ever! They send flyers on each pizza box apparently from 2 years old so the prices from the flyer are not the same as their online website and we have to refer to the website when they send you flyers with each order with my first about 3 weeks ago i understand maybe they send the "old flyer" by mistake but they send it again this time and when called all they said was "we wont send it again" VERY BAD ADVERTISEMENT…..

I had an appointment in the area, and thought I'd try to find some lunch before I went home. WOW am I ever glad I stopped in here! What a strange little place! An absolute hole in the wall, it looks almost abandoned inside, just boxes and stuff about, but honestly, I LOVE that? I hate spaces being wasted, sacrificing function for aesthetics. This place is a real vibe, and that's awesome. Now the FOOD. This pepperoni pizza is huge, an XL for like, eleven bucks! And it's just about the tastiest pepperoni pizza I've ever had in Toronto. It tastes like what pizza USED to taste like as a kid. I am absolutely going to be ordering a lot more of this pizza in the future. LOVE it. The Samosas are also fantastic, and plentiful for the price! The popcorn chicken, I'm afraid is a huge rip off. Quality is just ~okay~, but the quantity is absolutely pathetic. It's like one chicken strip turned in to a bunch of little nibbles, and somehow costs like, 8 bucks?? They either need to triple the quantity, or offer this for $2.50, cause its just not worth it. I almost went with 4/5 stars because of the chicken, but that pizza MORE than makes up for it! 😂 OH, and the staff were super charming and pleasant! 🧡 Extremely nice! The value is generally ridiculous, this enormous 11 dollar pizza is going to be at least 5 lunches for me. I am definitely going to be a regular here! 🍕

Very bad experience could have given zero stars Ordered egg rolls they gave me spring rolls and guy didnot even strain the oil as u can see in the pic other thing they were charging me 12 dollars for it then i told them the price Still completely wrong order dont even know the difference between spring rolls and egg rolls
