My negative review is not with the food that was fine. It's with the price I just paid for the smallest large pizza I just spent 43 dollars on. My uber driver was fast considering he brought it from across town. This large beef lovers is the size of a small.

Pizza Shab, and I feel compelled to share it so others don’t make the same mistake. I ordered through Uber Eats, expecting a delicious, satisfying meal, but instead, I received the worst pizza I’ve ever had. To start, the pizza was severely overcooked, leaving the crust dry and hard to chew. The taste was just as bad as the texture—completely off, with no balance in flavor, and the toppings seemed stale or low-quality. On top of that, it was drenched in oil, making it unappetizing and unpleasant to eat. The combination of all these issues made it impossible to enjoy, and I ended up throwing most of it away. For a place that claims to specialize in pizza, this was far below even the most basic expectations. Considering the price and the fact that I ordered through a trusted platform like Uber Eats, I expected far better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, Pizza Shab failed on every level. I won’t be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money here.

I haven’t been back to my home country, Iran, in a decade, but this place always tastes like home. Their pizzas are incredible—so flavorful and delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to my fellow Persians.

Bought the Beet & Mushroom pizza in medium just because my son was asking for pizza and we are nearby. It’s our first time to try their pizza. Not bad. While the price is a bit more expensive than the competitors, they’ve the best crust for me. Also, they’re able to customize the pizza. We asked if it’s possible to have 1/3 of the toppings just pizza and they said ye. However, they don’t have a washroom. I had to walk two blocks to find a washroom at a different establishment which was inconvenient.

I recently visited Pizza Shab and ordered the grilled chicken pizza. It tasted amazing with the perfect amount of toppings! Initially, I thought $30 for a mid-size pizza was a bit expensive, but after tasting it, I changed my mind. The quality and flavor were definitely worth it. However, I believe it would be even better if the prices were a little lower, especially for students like us. Overall, it's a fantastic pizza place with delicious offerings!

This was our first time having PIZZA SHAB in Richmond Hill. My husband and I ordered a small cheese pizza and it was golden brown perfectly. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese and that was the best garlic bread with cheese we’ve ever had!! Everything was absolutely amazing, especially the service!! We actually went back in and ordered extra garlic bread with cheese and another pizza to take home with us .. SO GOOD!!! We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Most recent update, I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 for sole reason that I believe their pricing strategy is a rip off. In a span of a month the price of large steak pizza increased by 10 dollars (including tax)!! I asked and they confirmed that it is true. That’s 31% price hike! Seems like there is no regulations around pricing but honestly, 31% in a month??? ———————— Update, actually I discovered their steak pizza and love it! Also, their pizzas are very consistent, delicious and reliable Generally not a big fan of pizza but when craving Iranian style pizza, this is the place to go. I only like their supreme mix pizza and no other style!
