I ordered the Beef Lovers pizza. The crust had a nice crunch, the sauce wasn’t too sweet, and the beef was seasoned well. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe felt relaxed. If you’re in the mood for a hearty slice, this place is worth checking out.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was absolutely delicious, the service was a major letdown. Our server seemed completely disinterested, and we had to wait far too long for food, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. The staff seemed disorganized, and it felt like we were an afterthought. It's such a shame because the food was fantastic, but the poor service completely overshadowed the experience. I would love to come back for the food, but I'm not sure I can stomach the poor service again.

Their pizza was delicious and flavorful, I was disappointed to learn that they do not provide washroom facilities for customers. When I inquired, I was told to go to a nearby Tim Hortons instead. For a dine-in establishment, this is both inconvenient and unacceptable. Restaurants with seating should provide basic amenities like washrooms, as it is a standard expectation and likely a regulatory requirement. While I enjoyed the pizza, the lack of facilities made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue soon to improve customer satisfaction and comply with local regulations.

The pizza surpassed my expectations. I was in the area for an appointment and just searched it up very quickly pizza options. The reviews were very positive and it looked like it would be very busy upon arrival. I was very surprised that I was able to get a table, especially given how good the pizza was. It kind of feels a bit deep dish pizza. Lots of cheese. The pepperoni was a little strange, the mushrooms and green pepper or delicious though a bit sparse. Good value for money I’d say. They need washrooms. It’s kind of a reasonable to expect a washroom for a sit down restaurant don’t you think?

Pizza is good. We order it by ubereats but they bring pizza without any proper sealing. It is just a cartoon, without even a little tape on the door😕 I expect pizza to be sealed completely so one can open it through the way my home. This is a deal breaker for me and I won’t buy again from this center

Firstly, One of the servers(the one without specs) had the audacity to increase the bill amount to +3 $, adding tip herself, plus asking to select a tip option again? When I corrected that the bill amount on the machine is 3$ more, she pretended as if nothing was wrong insisting there were no errors until the manager came by. Seemed like she is trying to rack up more money unethically. Since I didn’t tip after finding her tactics, they took 40 mins to make one pizza when we were literally the only ones in the store. If that wasn’t already enough disappointing, they got the order wrong. Attaching a photo of the pizza they claim to have “red tomato base”. Tastes like nothing but bread with too much cheese, garlic and boiled unseasoned chicken. Things don’t end there as she decides to use her phone while in the middle of talking with us.

Stale pizza. This was a pizza I ordered today and it is stale. The capsicums were undercooked, raw almost. But the pepperoni was burnt almost. How do you do that with a fresh pizza where all the ingredients are baked together? The sides of a fresh pizza are soft. If not soft they are not biscuit like. These were hard sides, that I had a hard time biting into. Bland taste. This was my third time ordering. First time- amazing (idk if it was this branch). Second time delivery took 2 hours and got a cold pizza. Third time I get this. No pizzashab ever again. Not for me. Rather take my money somewhere else. Paid 32$ for this.
