I have been here many many times. They never disappoint me. The food is amazing here my personal favourite is their bbq wings. When I come to pick up the order, the staff is very friendly and super nice. Always greeting me with a smile and having small conversations. Overall it’s a beautiful atmosphere and I would recommend anyone who is in town and who are craving wings or even pizza to come here.

BETTER OF STARVING THAN ORDERING FROM HERE If it was possible to give a store a 0 star review, I would, because this pizza place was definitely deserving of 0 stars last night. I ordered a pizza last night and the employee who was working December 10th around 10:30 pm was so disrespectful. I called the store initially to place an order but the employee who picked up was so rude so I ended the call and placed an online order for delivery with a special instruction. I then called the store back only for the same rude employee to pick up so that I can confirm that my pizza will be made according to the special instructions I left. As I was trying to explain the special instructions which were straight forward, but just in case, I attempted to clarify it, only then I was interrupted by the employee assuring me that “whatever I have written on the note will be followed”. The pizza arrives nearly an hour later, incorrect. It was made exactly to the opposite of what I had requested on the special instructions. I call the store back, and again, unfortunately for me, the same rude employee who had picked up 2x before picked up my call. I explained to him how my pizza was made incorrectly, he argued with me for 7 minutes straight on how “he did not make the pizza wrong” and that “he will not be giving me a refund” under any circumstances. He did offer to replace the pizza if I came to pick it up.. my original pizza was a delivery, I PAID for delivery and a tip for the driver, only to drive to the store to pick up a pizza that I was assured will be made correctly. Why would I go pick it up if I had it delivered the first time around? Anyways, he keeps going back and forth with me on how he made it correctly, and that he will not be refunding my money. I then asked for his name, to which he kept replying “why do you need my name”? When I tell you, this employee was beyond aggressive, disrespectful and plain rude, I have never had an experience like this anywhere. Not once did he take accountability for his mistake nor did he apologize. I then proceeded to say that if I don’t receive a refund for the pizza, that I will have to give my honest bad review to which he replied “I don’t care about your review”. I will be attaching the photos to this review. The proof is in the pudding. Who was wrong in this scenario?

We ordered pizza with toppings of kebob chicken, mashroom, red onion and chicken strips. That chicken strips does not looks like chicken at all. It was smells like raw meat. It was horribly gross 🤢🤢 I wouldn’t recommend this.

Tandoori Chicken: The star of the show! It was juicy and flavorful, with the right blend of spices. It paired surprisingly well with the tandoori chicken, giving a fusion twist that works. The fusion of Indian-inspired spices and classic pepperoni was bold and innovative. The tandoori chicken brought the heat, while the pepperoni added a satisfying meaty depth. Every bite offered something new. Given the quality of ingredients and generous toppings, it’s reasonably priced for what you get. Definitely worth it for a unique pizza experience.

Ordered my pizza and looks like they put the chicken after they cook the pizza and also the regular chicken i stead of tandoori which i ordered very bad pizza do not order from here anymore. Mississauaga location is way better than this waste of money.

This was our go to pizza store since it opened in Milton. I would still love to have it but they are sooo inconsistent with the way they make the pizza. Usually pizza stores have an automatic machine where the pizza enters the oven and comes out itself, here they do it manually with their hands. For the last few months they have always burnt the pizza. No consistency! We complained and the guy was nice enuough to give us another one for free..but again it was like because it was free he did an even crappier job! The pizza dough was not rolled out properly too thin one half of it and too thick on the other…I have attached pictures for all the burnt pizza as well as the replacement one! Will not ever go back again!

I visited Pizza Pros twice during my stay in Canada, and both experiences were disappointing and sad. First Visit: We called around 2:35 AM to order an XL pizza with halal pepperoni. Although they close at 3 AM, the staff was clearly unhappy when we arrived at 2:50 to pick it up. The interaction was rude as they had already shut down their machine to accept my card and was upset throughout the whole interaction. Despite this, the pizza itself was decent. For my second visit, we ordered the same XL pizza and a large tandoori chicken pizza with jalapenos, mushrooms, and onions. I called back to confirm the order, but the staff was uninterested and didn't bother confirming the toppings. When we picked up the order, the tandoori chicken was missing, which ruined the pizza. I asked him if he could remake the pizza but he offered to heat up some chicken and slap it on top.. Additionally, the XL pizza is advertised as having 12 slices, but what we received were 12, unevenly cut slices. It felt like a scam, and they need to improve their slicing and portion sizes to match their advertising. In the image below you can clearly see the pizza which is hilariously uneven. The pizza quality was okay, but the service and misleading portion sizes is something that needs to be looked over.

Some of the best pizza in Milton you can get for a fair quality fair. I start by pointing out what makes these guys stand out from the rest of the pizza stores in this bone dry town, Customer service; I call these guys up all the time midnight and my calls are always answered 1,2 even 3 am no problem they get my order. pricing and portions; Nowadays it feels like every business I go there trying to skimp on every corner and charge me for every nickel and dime they can , the guys a pizza pros are far from that they give great portions and deals with adequate pricing, For Just $30 I got a medium pizza with 3 toppings, 16 WINGS and a free drink for being a loyal customer these are things that separate them from the rest. All delivered within 40minutes. Go order with these guys delivery pickup there worth every dollar 👍🏻
