Pizza Pizza

Ordered 4 medium pizzas from this location for delivery. When we got the pizza the entire bottom portion of 3 of the pizzas were burnt. We shared 1 medium pizza among 10 people and they said they would send another 3. As we were waiting for rest of our pizzas, we felt bad that the delivery driver would have to make the trip again and was going to provide him with another tip for his time. the delivery driver arrived 30 minutes later, and came up to us and told us that we were lying about the pizza being burnt, and claimed that we were trying to scam them into free pizzas and told us to let him into the house to see the old pizzas that we had thrown into the garage, even after showing him the pictures. Horrible service and food but nothing more was expected from pizza pizza. Might as well spend the extra $5 at literally ANY other pizza store and get your moneys worth. Pizza Pizza, we will not be ordering from you again. Also, you may wanna consider hiring another delivery driver that doesn’t hate his life and do background checks on them as well.

There quality has been degrading since last 2-3 months. I’m a regular customer from last 6 years and never had any issue. But from last couple of months the chicken in my pizza is always uncooked. Even after complaining 4 times still have same issue. I’m done with this location.

This is the third time I've got a soggy pizza from this Pizza pizza location. Asked for hot chicken wings and got medium. Order from the Markham location if possible.

Usually Pizza Pizza is trash but this is the best one I have ever been too. Staff actually cares about making a quality pie. Would recommend!

PLEASE Be careful if you order the hot honey drizzle- it is not a drizzle. IT. IS. A. TSUNAMI. OF HOT HONEY that will ruin your pizza. 2 stars because they are usually not that bad when I go in person but I ordered online for delivery for the first time today and I was appalled at what I got. I asked for hot honey drizzle on my pizza- I have previously gotten this at other locations and it’s been great but this time they DRENCHED my pizza in it TWICE!! this was not a drizzle! It was like they took a 10 gallon bucket of hot honey and poured it right in the middle of the pizza- it was gross and soggy and wet and just overall inedible. I called customer service and they said they would send me a replacement pizza- I asked if they could make it without the hot honey- they said it had to be made the same as the first one (what’s the point in remaking it if it’s going to be the same- I want to remove the ingredient they’re messing up so it doesn’t happen again) so 40 minutes later the driver shows up again with another pizza DROWNING IN HOT HONEY! so now I’m out the 60$ it costed to order this and I have 2 pizzas that I can’t eat because they’re just sweet and spicy mush. I’m so sad dude- I just wanted my pizza and now I have no pizza and I’m out 60 bucks! ( photo attached is second pizza and the result of trying to Dab some honey off the second pizza- note the second one did have less than the first but it was still throughly soaked through with the sticky spicy evil sauce)

Clean and friendly. The order came in as expected and in a timely fashion. The owners are very friendly and courteous. Overall an excellent place. Mostly high chairs and 2 tables so not a lot of seating available for a larger group.
