Went in to redeem a free slice coupon from the Pizza Pizza app. They scanned the QR code and pretended their system doesn't recognize it and told me to come back the next day AFTER the coupon would have expired. Funny how it worked just fine when I went to redeem it at another Pizza Pizza location.

My family was traveling back and we were quit late to order at around 12.45 in night. We had set low expectations for kids for late night services. However, we had superb service at this Pizza Pizza. The food was prepared with care and all the kids were happy to have their share in Large Pizza prepared as per demand. To make all 3 kids happy with 1 Pizza is a awesome feat in my books.

The washrooms weren’t clean so we went elsewhere while we waited but the pizza was hot and satisfying. I wish that pizza pizza was more allergy aware. I prefer pizza nova for this reason, but occasionally come here. Pizza nova is very Allergy aware, and I am deeply grateful. Pizza pizza franchise should do better for its food allergic customers.

Ordered the crust filled cheese pizza. It was well made but the cheese in the crust wasn't melted much. Also the picture in the app shows that it has pepperoni but you have to manual add pepperoni in the order for extra cost or else you'll end up with just a cheese pizza. Very misleading.

Customer service sucks at this Pizza Pizza location... placed an order at 7:50pm and got my pizza at 8:30pm. They managed to screw up my order when it was dead. They gave my pizza to another customer (cashiers should be trained to check receipts before giving orders out!) Cashier froze and blanked out for 2 minutes before telling me he gave someone else my order. No apology given for the mistake and making me wait for 40 minutes. Pizza was decent and enough to get my wife her pizza fix. I'll definitely avoid this location and just visit the Pizza Pizza at Bathurst and Steeles. Service: 0/5 Food: 4/5 Atmosphere: 3/5
