Pizza Pizza

The pizza was absolutely amazing—far better than I expected! It had the perfect amount of cheese and toppings, and everything was done exactly as per my instructions. The crust was just right, and the flavors were spot on. You can tell they put effort into making it just right. Loved every bite and will definitely order again!

Don’t come at night for this location the guy working there was drunk and answering rudely with the order’s instructions and when ask for the combos then he offer (CAKE) that was never in the menu of Pizza Pizza. Overall rude and bad experience Incident happened - 8/12/24 @ 12:50AM

My order took a bit long because only one worker there and a long line at lunchtime, the pizza itself was done really well, restaurant in general was okay in terms of cleanliness.

Was craving pizza and wings tonight, and didn't feel like leaving the hotel so ordered delivery. I order carryout or delivery most nights since I travel for work, and can confidently say that this is among the worst I've had in years. The breaded wings were meh, was expecting buffalo wings but just got wings and a cup of sauce. That's the good part. The pizza was awful. Ordered a Super Pan Crust pepperoni with cheese on top. What I got was technically a pepperoni pizza, but think Walmart rising crust (that's actually disrespectful to Walmart- it wasn't even that good) It's so hard I gave up trying to eat it. Order from ANYWHERE ELSE- It'll be better than from Pizza Pizza. PS- they offered a $7 store credit when a refund was requested.

Ordered pizza at this location. It was terrible service. Waited 30mins for a medium pizza... it was burnt. We were told if we wrote a positive review we would get a free dipping sauce. Instead what we got was the lady behind the register yelling at us saying she didn't have time for this, and wouldn't give customers napkins because it was busy. The free dipping sauce wasn't worth coming back here.

The service at this location is atrocious. The older bald man with the moustache, who I presume is the owner is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I tried paying with the Pizza Pizza app and their scanner wasn’t catching it on my phone. He kept arguing and telling me to call customer service next time to place my order. What’s the point of having an app if you’re going to tell customers to call in to order and pay in advance. The scanner never ended up working and I had to pay with another method. Asked for a well done pizza and extra sauce. Sauce was normal and pizza was cooked regular not well done. For the service alone I’d never return. Also saw him arguing with a lady before me because there was an issue with their payment system. Edit: the only reason why this location has 5 star reviews is because they offer free dipping sauce to customers who give them 5 stars. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews.

Absolute trash service at this location. My family came here late one night to grab some pizza. My brother ordered a two slice combo and a slice combo with fries and a drink. We all heard him. There were 4 of us. The man at the register charged us for 3 slices separately which we did not realize as we assumed he charged us for what we ordered. When the food came we asked the guy at the register where is our fries and drink? He said you didn’t order it. We said yes we did, we all heard it. We asked him if he can just redo the charge and correct it. He said no you have to get what you want separately. We asked to speak to a manager and the guy said come in the morning and talk to him, there’s no one here right now. The guy was extremely rude and we could tell he did not want to serve us with the was he was talking and the lack of attention to what we were asking him for. It was not busy when we came. There were two other guys in the back and only one customer was sitting waiting for his pizza. We later asked the guy for Parmesan and he said it will be an extra charge. We asked for hot sauce and he said it’ll be an extra charge. He was not accommodating what so ever. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service. We will most definitely not be coming back to this location and do not recommend it to anyone.
