All things considered, these guys USUALLY do a solid job for a pizza pizza - but this review is for the customer service. I pulled a 6 inch hair which had been baked under the cheese out of the back of my throat tonight. Fine, whatever, it happens. What's NOT fine is calling the number and being told that all they can do is offer me a replacement... From the same store... Tonight only. No refund, no credit? Buddy, I've already lost my appetite. Not sure what this policy is meant to achieve, but hey. I get what I deserve by giving my money to a chain. Lesson learned, sticking to local joints from now on.

*****New and potential customers, please save yourself the pain and avoid this place at all costs! Read all the 1-Star reviews because most likely, they are a testament on how awful this place truly is.***** This establishment is inconsiderate, unreliable, and lacks basic customer care. I placed an UberEats order but canceled it within TWO MINUTES because the app mistakenly selected a location far from me in Scarborough (Why would I chose a downtown location when I am in Scarborough?!?) Despite canceling almost immediately, I was still charged. I didn’t get my food, UberEats refused to issue a refund, and Pizza Pizza washed their hands of the matter entirely. I essentially paid for food I neither wanted nor received. When I reached out to Pizza Pizza directly through their "feedback" email (which was copied and pasted by the owner on Google Maps), I received this dismissive and unhelpful response: ***** Hello, Thank you for contacting us. We are really sorry to hear this happened. Because the order was placed and paid via Uber, they would need to be the ones to refund/credit your order. ***** To make matters worse, the owner of this establishment consistently copies and pastes generic responses instead of providing real solutions or showing any accountability. This is not what I call excellent customer care—it’s lazy and disrespectful to paying customers. And it’s not just me! The one-star reviews below mine are completely justified. The sheer number of them is a testament to how shady and awful this business really is. Pizza Pizza has clearly failed to provide decent service to its customers, and it shows in the overwhelming dissatisfaction shared by so many others. This is by far the most time I’ve ever wasted on any food establishment. Pizza Pizza’s lack of responsibility and refusal to assist is appalling. They’ve definitely lost me as a loyal customer, and I hope others take this warning seriously. This experience has left me frustrated, angry, and disappointed. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere! Pizza Pizza, remember this: what goes around comes around. Your shady practices with UberEats will catch up with you eventually.

The dining are was filthy, scraps of food left on the tables. Trash everywhere. The garbage bins overflowing. But worst was from the staff ( 1641 12 Nov 2024) very rude, slovenly in appearance , difficult to communicate with and ridiculously uncooperative . Every interaction was an absolute struggle . The only plus was the Corporate branding of PIZZA PIZZA in the dining area and its layout .

Of all the crappy Pizza Pizza locations in Toronto, this one has to be among the worst. If you guys wanna learn how to make a pizza and keep customers happy, you should visit the Parkdale location and see how they do things. You should be absolutely ashamed of the quality of your food. The only reason you're able to stay in business is because of the prime location.

I had very bad experience. Worst Customer Service by this girl. I visited the Pizza Pizza store yesterday around 8:15 and asked if they could give me large pizza with 3 toppings and 3 drinks. The staff member initially said there was no such offer, and I had to pay the original price. However, while I was there, I placed a pickup order online from the same location, and they accepted it. Later, a group of friends came and asked for the same offer, and the staff member didn't deny them. It made me wonder why she denied me. To top it off, when my friend used the washroom and moved a chair, she rudely told him to put it back. Overall, I had a very bad customer service experience with this lady.

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza with fresh mushrooms, red onions and jalapeno peppers and they delivered me a pizza with no mushrooms in it. When asked for the missing ingredient, the customer care said they will send a replacement pizza and the replacement never came in. Instead the store blatantly lied that they delivered a new pizza. This location has worst service. Im too disappointed.
