We went to the store and we say the name and we ask it will take a time or not Employer said you made an order 10min ago you have to wait he behaviour is very rude. We didn’t say anulything we get the order we came out .

I ordered a large pizza and an 8-piece chicken wings an hour ago. The wings arrived smelling terrible and were clearly undercooked. After eating them, I started experiencing vomiting. When I called the store to report the issue, I was initially connected to customer care. Shortly after, I received a call back from the store. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and rude. He gave me two options: replace the order or get a refund. After dealing with this issue, I didn’t want to risk receiving the same bad batch of food again, so I chose the refund. However, he then backtracked and said they don’t actually offer refunds. If that’s the case, why ask me to choose? His attitude was dismissive, telling me to “do whatever you want” and sarcastically adding, “have fun.” This is unacceptable customer service, and I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.

Tried to refuse service because my partner was holding me when questioned about it we were told the guy believed god made marriage for man and women. This was during pride, needless to say my partner asked for our money back and he hassled them while preaching the bible. Horrible staff. Little ceasers is much better, which is over the bridge beside no frills if people are wondering. Highly recommend going there instead

I absolutely love their pizza and wedges, but their brownie bites are in a league of their own. I've had countless brownies throughout my life, but nothing compares to these. The texture is perfectly fudgy, the flavor is rich and decadent, and every bite is pure bliss. They are truly unmatched, and I find myself craving them constantly. I absolutely adore them and can't imagine a better dessert. If you haven't tried these brownie bites yet, you're missing out on an incredible treat that will surely become your new favorite.

i ordered poutine off of uber eats.. there was literally only like one piece of cheese in there. i am so ashamed, if i wanted poutine without cheese i would have never ordered poutine. you need to teach your employees to at least be considerate of the portioning or atleast remove poutine from the menu if there is going to be a topping missing.

I used to love pizza pizza but I can’t blindly trust on my pizzas with them anymore. I placed an online order to be delivered at my house. The pizza that I received was undercooked, dry and with a very bad crust. I have attached pictures for reference. I called the helpline and an agent gave us replacement pizza. The pizza was delivered by the same guy who came in earlier to deliver. It seemed that he was from Sri Lanka with age range of mid 40s. Truecaller showed his name as “Subaskaran Urth”. I am very upset with his behaviour. When he initially came in to deliver the first pizza,I tipped him well as he came delivering the pizza wen it was raining outside. However, when he came back with the replacement pizza he called me 5 mins before arriving at my place saying that he was already outside. And later he said that he was already here but then went back. He was super arrogant and threw the pizza pack on me saying “TAKE YOUR FREE PIZZA”. I got angry and said wat did you just say? i will complain about you and he didnot even bother to stay and just said “Do watever you want too”. Getting a wrong messed up pizza is one thing and bearing that driver’s attitude is another thing. If I could ever get a chance to talk to that driver again, I am gonna slam his face on wall just like he slammed the pizza on my face. And I would really love to talk to the store manager about this!

Delicious! Great service here. Was going to order medium canadian $15 but lovely lady named Maria suggested a special large canadian with 3 cans of pop for $18.00!! Thank you so much Maria I really appreciated your wonder service today!!
