My husband went to go in and use the bathroom and the same disrespectful lady told my husband he cant use the bathroom unless he’s a customer. So you have a public bathroom and my husband has to buy something so he can use the bathroom? She has an attitude on her even if you are buying something.

Came for takeout last evening. Experienced Very bad service, girl at front counter was polite but other lady forced me to take wrong pizza. Because they made my pizza wrong first then kept me waiting 15 more minutes and second pizza was also not cooked properly. Other issue is they punch in POS what customer says and when there is mistake in order they ask for receipt and receipt has different items on it, that creates confusion so please punch on POS what customer says and not according to your convenience. Third thing no need to take receipt back from customers for takeout, just tele it and give it back to customer, you guys just take receipt tele it roll it and through it in garbage please ask customer do you need copy of receipt. That was the rudest part. I came to store to make my evening good with dinner, but poor service made me feel very bad. Also pizza cut was really bad too, they don't know how to cut pizza. Poor very poor .

Stating the date here so staff/manager/owner should be aware of this: October 26, 2024 (saturday) 07:15pm to 08:30pm. Recently walked in this place and ordered 3 sides (chicken wings, jalapeño poppers and cauliflower bites). We followed up and complained that we have been waiting for an hour and the cashier lied that she called us when in fact we have been looking at her calling out all the orders the whole time. Then she checked that the cauliflower bites are missing and they still have to cook them. We could have just let it go and patiently waited if the cashier didn't lie to our face to cover up their asses Very rude and incompetent staff. I should have gotten her name so customers can be aware. Attached receipt for proof.

The worst experience ever! My husband ordered pizza with black olives, they topped it with green olives (which i hate). Ordered around 3am to satisfy my late night craving unfortunately we had to garbage it. Please make right order so no-one has to suffer as me! Thanks

Ordered from here last week and the food was under done. Stuff crust had hard solid cheese and the pizzas came smashed up against the side of the box. The pizza was late and i still paid. Customer Service was no help and this was the last time I order from any Pizza Pizza. Good luck

The service is only good and excellent when there is a younger man. When the older man is working in the early hours of the morning, the service is terrible. Even today he stopped answering me, for no reason at all. I arrived and said good night, he didn't respond, he answered the couple in front of me and then the man behind me. I left, and he didn't say anything. I WILL NEVER COME BACK WHEN HE IS ASSISTING
