Pizza Pizza

0 star if possible, waited 37 minutes for me to just ask for a refund. I was told 25 minutes, which i understand is a long time for a pizza. I understood it was going to take long, but 37 minutes long? I went up and spoke to the clerk about 34mins in, and was told that the pizza is in the oven and to wait another 5mins. I then see my pizza being made (i order a pizza that is very odd order, that no one orders) and then put in the oven. Knowing that i used to work at a pizza store, it takes about 10-12 mins for pizza to be baked. I would’ve waited 47-49 minutes just for a pizza, asked for a refund. There were also other people who were waiting a long time to get their pizza. I know i wasn't alone.

I always had a good experience at this store! I often order from here but today it was horrible experience!! They only 2 staff working, during rush hours! My order was placed online and they made me wait 1 hour to prepare! They also showed order completed online while it wasn’t even prepared in store!!! We waited while showing understanding to the staff but they were very ignorant during the time we asked them for update! Wasted my time and money for the food delivered!! Girl wasn’t even wearing gloves or mask while preparing food! She was touching meat and veg both at the same time! No care for hygiene!! And the guy doesn’t know how to manage customer and respond to them! Old staff was way to better! The service they gave us was always on point!! So disappointed with new ones!

Ordered 3 XL pizza for delivery, the delivery driver name Mahinthan was super fast and friendly with the order. Within 2-3 mins it was delivered. If you get this driver you are very lucky

The pizza here is consistent and best when eaten fresh out of the oven. They’ll add chilli flakes if you ask. Don’t forget the garlic dip. One of the better pizza pizza locations in my experience. It’s been here for a long time.

My recent encounter at Pizza Pizza left me utterly frustrated. I ventured in at 1 am expecting to enjoy a late-night meal as the establishment supposedly closes at 3 am. To my dismay, the cashier callously refused my request to dine in, insisting he had to clean. This excuse seemed preposterous, given the advertised closing time and the fact that it was only 1 am. I felt genuinely disappointed by the cashier's lack of hospitality and adherence to nonsensical rules. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others to reconsider patronizing Pizza Pizza based on such abysmal customer service. I am writing this review at outside of the pizza pizza. Very very disappointing and disrespectful. Unethically run business.

I ordered the same pizza I always get, this time bacon crumbles, onions and mushrooms were not cooked enough. I ordered online because we were so hungry and after I get the delivery I had to cook the pizza in my oven again until it can be eaten. After I cooked, the taste was okay.

Worst cheese pizza I ever had from this location, I have ordered for cheese pizza with extra cheese and creamy garlic base, oh god it tastes so bad no extra cheese or don’t feel like eating creamy garlic. Worst service I even call their customer service he answered my call and just put it on hold. Even the other gourmet pizza tastes bad. Very worst making I gave another try today same thing repeated worst make very dry low cheese, low sauce too much try pizza. Grow up guys, kanjus
