First of all, before writing this incident I want to thank Hamideh! The lady who works in this Pizza Pizza branch. It’s been a long time I haven’t been to Pizza Pizza so I was craving for a pizza slice on my way back home today, thought I would drop in and eat some. Whilst enjoying my pizza slice, I suddenly realized that my mobile is out of charge and I had an emergency since I was travelling back to my home in the evening and it was snowing a lot too. Unfortunately there was no charging spot loose to my table or any other corner at this store except for one spot where a customer (lady) was sitting close to that area. She was screaming to smone on the call I approached her saying that if I could charge my phone here explaining my whole situation. She denied me right away and said to me find any other spot but not here since my charging cable will come on her way out which was clearly not possible as there was plenty of space between her chair and the charging spot. I got away without getting into a heated argument with her. An employee working there named Hamideh (she was so kind and helpful) ultimately helped me charge my phone there and saved my day. Thank you so much Hamideh!! I have never came across a Staff member like her who can understand customer’s problem as if their own and try to help to their best. People like her should definitely deserve a praise and respect. Thank you! PS. The pizza slice was amazing as usual.

I've been here many times and always have a pleasant experience. The cashier customer service is great no matter who's at the register. Pizza is hot, and the cashier outlines any deals and/or price differences to customers.

10 large ones! How did they manage to make each one so delicious! Delivered on time, piping hot 50 people and everyone said it was the best Pizza Pizza they had!

Great place to dine in, store is exceptionally clean, although small area but very friendly atmosphere. I ordered pizza with wings and i must say pizza was great, perfectly cooked, generous on toppings. Thank you for making the best pizza Will definitely recommend to family and friends

disgusting customer service and disappointing food. said that the wait time for one item was only gonna take 20 minutes. it took them almost an hour. everyone behind us on the line up got their orders first, and when we got ours, it was the wrong order. had to wait more for the right order. we got it, and it was dry and barely had any cheese on it. very poorly made, especially considering how long we had to wait. do better next time

Very fast service. The cheese pizza slice was delicious, but the price for a bottle of water is just astronomical :( A quiet place for lunch with company or alone. Very pleased with these small chairs for children (in the photo).

I don't know why they don't cut small pizza in 6 slices. Its very difficult to eat those big slices, to dip inside the sauce. Everyone at pizza pizza cut small pizza into 6 slices.
