This is my favorite pizza pizza location in the gta staff is so friendly and kind the store is clean and harman one of the girls the work there is specially nice going upbove and behind to help everyone. She always has smile on her face.

Honestly, not one to leave reviews for pizza pizza, but whoever made our 3 walk-in pizzas tonigjt did an amazing job. Medium well done half sundried tomatoes/feta and pineapple/bacon. Good job guys 🤗

I am not a person usually post negative reviews and doesn’t complain because I have been in the food industry and understand well what’s happening in the background, but this restaurant made me go out of my way and my own comfort just to post this. We were serve with my family with two kids with a raw chicken wings. The lady responded rudely that not their fault because they are just following the fryer time and manager offered a solution to put it back on the fryer and “burn it up for you for 10 minutes”. We would’ve been more understanding but the sarcastic response was extremely un acceptable.

Hair on our pizza and this Indian front cashier girl grabs the hair out of the pizza to compare it to her own hair and tells me it’s not their fault and that it’s not their hair!!!! Even worst she tries to convince me that there’s nothing wrong with eating it by just skipping that slice because that’s what she would do!!! This is beyond disgusting not sure why these people have a problem following Canadian standard rules the least!!! Avoid this location at all cost!!! Disgusting

I was really impressed by the service at this pizza pizza. Their staff is attentive without being intrusive. They are excellent at customer service.

Tried to order the TBJ pizza 7 times on 7 different occasions now and everytime I get told after paying for it that they "don't have the ingredients to make it" even though if you order the TbJ chicken sandwich they'll put all the ingredients on it. They also close early every day, despite google and the sign at the store displaying a later close time. The staff are very inattentive and the customer service is lackluster.

Customer service was just awful came on July 19 at noon to order pizza and wings the interaction was just poor customer service. So when it was time to pay for the order which was about 40.00 I only had a 100.00 she said can’t accept as she doesn’t have enough change your saying your till doesn’t have 60.00. Now I would understand if the store policy is not accept 100. But she told me to go to circle k to break the 100… I don’t know but when I used to run a business my till would always carry 200.00 float. What happened to this generation of customers service and money.

This is the worst pizza pizza. I come here often for the sheer fact that it’s right near my house but every time I come the lady working is rude and hardly speaks. They never change their gloves. They have the worst choices for slices and also usually have some sort of reason why you can’t buy the slice you want. This place needs to sell slices that are fresh, not ones that have been out all day long and look disgusting. I won’t be coming here any more. This was the last chance of hopeful fresh slices and decent service.
